The concept is rather simple – droplets of water are generated at the top of the
screen and players are tasked with arranging pipes to create the water flow to
the bottom. However, the pipes are not shaped in such a manner as to make that
effort particularly simple.
Therein lays the heart of the puzzle game from Atlus – Droplitz (yes, that is a
variant of droplets) – a game that will find a home on the PlayStation Network,
XBLA and iPhone. Atlus showed off the game at E3 on the PS3 console system.
While the first goal of the game is to create that initial passage for the
water, you can earn combination points by splitting the droplet stream and
creating more routes.

The graphics are serviceable and should not detract from the game’s focus, which
are the puzzles. The gameplay mechanics are also kept simple and should be easy
to pick up and play.
