Also confiding in Microsoft’s ability to gain a large chunk of marketshare next generation is THQ CEO Brian Farrel who states “I think Microsoft is being more aggressive. Can they gain share? Yes. Do they have to have a solid value proposition? Yes. Do they have to have aggressive marketing? Yes.”
Knowing Microsoft, the aggressive marketing is guaranteed. As with reports within the industry stating the Advertising budget to be twice as large as it is currently.
