Dealing drugs is a lifelong decision. When you’re in, you’re in…. you can’t just quit dealing drugs. You can’t just all of a sudden throw your hands up and walk away from drug monies and start working at a Wal-Mart. It’s tough out there, or so I’m told…
So rather than live a life of drug deals, why not just a mini-game?
“This will let players shift cocaine, heroin, weed, acid and downers in different areas to turn a profit, according to Edge magazine.
“We wanted to have a drug-dealing mini-game in lots of the GTA games,” said Dan Houser, big boss of Rockstar. “It works well with what GTA is, with driving around the map, and it gives you another thing to think about – another layer or piece of the puzzle to keep you motivated.”
Houser said the drugs will “intersect” and “work with” the main story, although will be largely included as a way to make heaps of money. Just like in real-life.” —Eurogamer
This isn’t the Nintendo I remember. This reminds me of a drug-dealing text based game I had for my graphing calculator. Yea, screw geometry.
