Arriving this fall is the new Microsoft GUI for the dash. It looks clean and is presented with a 3-d focus.
They will also be bringing Avatars to the Xbox Live Community.
Microsoft will look to integrate Avatars throughout the Xbox experience.
There will be a community channel. Users will be able to link up with other friends in a party that will interact in the 3-d dashboard system to be released this fall. Expect to be able to share things like photos seamlessly with friends in this new environment.
They also announced Xbox Primetime, a place where your Live party can jump to experience game show like titles.
From there, the experience allows players to continue to move into the “Games” section of the dash with their already formed party. The party leader will be able to launch into any game immediately.
