Go ahead on the only path available and you reach the gates of a connecting fort. Go left from the dragon tome and you come to ledges to the right near the end. Go up the ledges and grab the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Z3. Stand on the pressure plate here and soul split. Then go back and right from the dragon tome. You can pick up the RELIC OF KHAGOTH here. Un-Split and go out of here. Osteogoth welcomes you to the Dark Kingdom. You also see some fantastic visuals in this part of the game – absolutely mind-blowing stuff.

You are in Shadows Edge and as you move ahead you will come into The Black Stone. You come to two open door. Go into the door to the right and you meet a very special person who gives you a new power – The Phasewalker. Before you go back out, go ahead past Lilith and in the end of this place you find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Z4.
The Lord of the Black Stone

Go back out and thru the open door ahead. You come into the Black Stone which is in ruins. It seems that the current time does not permit us to explore this once great dungeon. Look to the left here for a Phase Surface – they are green unlike the Void Surfaces. Go thru the phase and you come to an earlier time when the Dungeon was in it's full glory. Go ahead to the center platform – knowing that you are going into an ambush… You start to fight some Legion Champions – they can kill you very quickly unless you learn to move around effectively. Their chains can hurt but you can always dodge off. Take them on slowly and they die quickly – depends on the weapon you are using – but you should have a great weapon by now. After you kill all of them, look straight ahead and on the statue of the six handed demon on it's stomach is a STONE OF POWER Z1; then go right (the open door to the left is blocked).
You come to two more open doors. Go thru the right side door and run on the wall to the left to get to the other side.
Go ahead on the other side and come to a Hook. Use it to go up and look on the edge to the right here and grab the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Z5. Once you come out pull the lever and go right to the Phase Surface and use it… Look here in the place opposite to where the chest icon is in the mini-map and take the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL Y19. Come to the middle of the main area and jump down to the round platform below. Use the hook on the wall nearby, go up and thru the open door to the left.
<<—- A Key to the Locked Door —->>
You come in to another large area with a locked door to the right and the STONE OF POWER Z2 a bit to the left of the door.
Go on the path to the left and down the stairs and you see a phase surface here, ignore it for now and go ahead. You come to another Phase surface, if you look to the right here near where the chest icon is, you see a chest which has black growth on it – indestructible…. at this time Go back to the Phase surface here and use it. As soon as you come out, bring the powers wheel onto the screen and equip the Deathgrip. You are about to face a Maelstrom… These things are worse than their counterparts – the Lich. Instead of summoning Hosts, these things summon large balls of fire which explode when they hit you – very powerful attacks. But, whenever you see one, the best way you can take one down is to use the Deathgrip on them and then come and fall near death – beat them up for a bit and use the grip again so that they do not regain composure. Look to the right (go up the steps) and you find that the black growth used to be a corrupted growth – we can explode it now.
Look to the left here on the path you are on and you see a Pressure Plate which opens the grill to the left. Now, stand on the plate and split yourself so that the reaper statue is on the plate. Make a part go right and you come to a void surface. Stand directly in front of the void surface and shoot a void – it has to be a normal void and not a charged void. If you mistakenly shoot a charged void then shoot into the phase surface you came thru to make the void disappear and come back and shoot a normal void (using the Phasewalker itself). Switch to your other form (it is very important that one part stays in front of the void you just shot), make the other form go thru the grill which opened to the left and you come to some ledges which take you into a room to the right. The room is guarded by a Maelstrom and it begins to drop fire balls as soon as you go thru – blowing you back. You need to dodge the fireballs and use Deathgrip on the Maelstrom so it loses balance. Kill the things inside and you come to a Void Surface and a shadow bomb.
Shoot a normal void here again (it cannot be a charged void). Get a bomb and look thru the void – you should vaguely be able to spot your other part thru it, throw the bomb to your other part so that it catches it and shift to your other part. You can also spot a STONE OF POWER Z3 here on the wall to the right of the platform with the growth.
Make your other part with the bomb aim and blast the growth on the platform – the chest is in the future so use the phase surface to go back to the present and take the key from the chest which is now free of any growth.
<<—- Thru the Locked Door —->>
Go back after taking the key and when you come to the other Phase Surface just outside, use it and go ahead towards the locked door – which has a path to it now. Go thru the next door too and you come to a lever, pull it and go to the left and use the ledges to get below to the next area. In the middle of the thin strip of lane you are on, you can find, yet another phase surface. Shoot it and go thru it. As soon as you come out, look to the right to spot the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Z6. To the right of the page in the distance is a Void Surface. If you go to the left edge of this platform, you can catch a glimpse of the surface and shoot a void in it. Go backwards and you will come to another void surface, use it to get to the book of dead page and get back to the center of this area. You can spot a wall post outside so use it to get to the top and go thru the door and you come into a throne room of sorts – but it's empty; just like Lilith told it would be. But wait…there's a Phase Surface on top, use the stairs to get to the surface and go thru it….

Demon King: Samael
As you may have imagined Samael is very tough. If you did not learn to dodge flawlessly by now, then you will find this to be the toughest fight in the game. Samael keeps teleporting close to you – if you have the Lich Staff then know is the time to use it. It helps you get extra wrath from the few hits you land. And yes, you will land very few hits – unless you can bring you reaper meter up to full atleast once – in which case, this fight will get atleast a bit easier. Keep dodging and the moment Samael teleports you can land a hit – if you use fast secondary weapons only – not heavy ones. Land a hit and move away – use your wrath powers – Murder helps wonderfully. Try to get you reaper meter to full too – use the Grim Talisman for faster collection of reaper points. After a while you will kill him….
<<—- Return to the Crowfather —->>
Go up to the Phase surface and use it to get back. Go across using the pillar that acts like the bridge to the door. Use the portal we used earlier and then move ahead and go to the ledges and go back to the top. Go to the first phase surface we used in Black Stone and go thru it to get to the future again and you can speak to Lilith once more if you want to and fast travel to the Crowfather who is near the Tree of Death in this world.
The Well of Souls

Before you go into the well of souls, make sure you have all five health and wrath potions and all the stuff you need. Use your best armor – preferably, ones which give you increased strength. Equip your best weapon and try to get your reaper meter to full and only then, go thru the large gates which take you to the Well.

Corrupted Nephilim: Absalom
You will see that the final battle will be every bit as good as you might have imagined it to be. The fight is going to be a straight face to face no b.s battle. Absalom is very tough and occasionally, if you do not dodge enough he will catch you with arms of corruption and come towards you to beat you up. When you are caught in the black arms coming from the ground then you better hit the left and right clicks very very fast to get out of it's hold. Use the Reaper if your meter is full or any other of your wrath powers…. there is no need to hold back anything now. Use your wrath potion and health potions when you need to, try not to have your health below 75% at any point of time. Once you defeath the Avatar, watch the cutscene that follow to clarify some of the important points remaining in the story.
The story after…
Death sacrifices himself to bring back the Kingdom of Humans. Back on Earth…after a hundred years of imprisonment, War finally kills the Destroyer and breaks the seventh seal himself…. Once the seventh seal is broken, four Horsemen have to come – they should always be four… Death is resurrected and rides along with Fury and Strife to War and heads into the final battle between all of the Demon kind and the Angles.
You see someone from the shadows speak to Lilith and voice is displeasure over his missing army of Nephilims…. is it Lucifer himself?

Collectibles and other notes
The collections from the previous chapters continue in this one too. The Book of Dead is continued and with it, the various relics of Etu-Goth, Renagoth and Khagoth are also continued. The various Mystic, Power and Resistance stones are also to be collected. So, you will still be doing everything from the previous worlds.

<<—- Seek out the Key at Lostlight —->>
The map of Lostlight looks empty and it mostly is but don't think that there is nothing to do here. You will travel to the other worlds more often now and do other quests too. Sit on your steed and ride on, you will come across a merchant symbol to the right as you go, and it is none other that Merchant Vulgrim himself. Go to him and look to his right behind a bush and a tree is the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH Y1.
As you go, you will also come across the tomb of this world. Keep going and you will come to the city of Lostlight (look on your main map for the symbol). Here, go to the right onto the platform and you will find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y3.
This is right near the entrance of Lostlight and you can see the castle symbol on the mini map. Continue ahead to the main area…
<<—- Destroy the Corrupted Angles —->>
You'll be attacked by angles here who have been brain washed by corruption. You will also meet Nathaniel after the fight who gives you a quest and a scroll – but that's for another time. Come back a bit (you will be right near the door leading inside the fortress), look to the left on the angle statue to find the STONE OF MYSTICS Y1.
To the left of Nathaniel is a BOATMAN COIN. Go back at to the right end of the fortress where you find the RELIC OF RENAGOTH Y1. That's for the collectibles outside so get back to where Nathaniel is and go in.

Go ahead and pull the lever to get to the top. Go right first and on the statue in place to the left you can see the STONE OF POWER Y1.
You will also find a BOATMAN COIN ahead. First, use the ledge to the left to get to the other side and kill the corrupted angles and get back to this side. Split up and send a part to the bomb on the other side and throw it to the part on this side so he catches it. Take this part and throw the bomb on the growth which comes to the left side area. Use the ledges to go up and the vines and so on. You will come to some stairs. Go up and talk to the Archon. You can also see the Citadel during the talk and a promise of entry to that place. Archon needs Death to go to Earth and find the Rod of Arafel.

Speak to Archon again for some more information and then use the portal here to get to Earth. As soon as you come thru the portal, you see a big fight happening. If you played the earlier game then you'd recognize the person fighting here.
<<—- Help Uriel defeat the Swarm —->>
While killing the swarm, look to the left and on the building, you can see the STONE OF MYSTICS Y2.
Kill the rest of the things here and Death speaks to Uriel. Then you can look around and take the stuff from the two chests here and move ahead to the left.
<<—- Find the first piece of The Rod —->>
Uriel warns you of many things, a broken rod, an imminent threat and the hungry beasts. Keep going ahead and kill any thing that gets in your way. You should have seen the red skull to the right. Go ahead and fall down into the pit. Here you can pick up the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL Y1 – these are the next in the series (I thought we were done too but they just keep coming). Anyway, go back up and thru the open door to the right and come out. You will see an angel stuck to the wall ahead to the left. You will also fight a Swarm again. Shoot the angel to kill and this progresses the Light of the Fallen quest — TRAPPED HELLGUARD 1. Move ahead after that and shortly, you will fight one of the Suffering – this is the large beast that almost killed Uriel earlier. These things are still tough even though we have all our bling. So be careful while fighting, these fight like Stalkers but instead of clawing or biting they pound you. This fight can kill you if you are not careful. After killing it, go ahead towards the hellgrowth – from where it came from (there's nothing to the right).
Here, look to the right as you come in between the growth and you will find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y4.
Go thru the hole ahead to the next area. Go down the stairs and near the tunnel entry, look to the right to find TRAPPED HELLGUARD 2. Kill him and go ahead, you fight a Swarm ahead and you will need to go down some steps. Below the steps you can go left or right. Go left first and you will find TRAPPED HELLGUARD 3. Go back and to the other way, as soon as you come to the next room, you will fight another Suffering. Kill it and go ahead and you come to a large area with a green web like thing ahead. You will also see a couple of chests to the right, go there and take the chest and come out of the room and look ahead on the platform and you should be able to see the RELIC OF RENAGOTH Y2.
To reach it, just jump to the right edge and move ahead, you can get there even if you go right from the green web and look behind the growth. Go to the growth and destroy it to get THE STAFF OF ARAFEL which is the first part of the rod. Now you should get it back to Uriel.
Go ahead and you come to steps, on top of the steps, floating above a pipe is the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y5.
Keep going and you come out, go ahead to where you see the angels and you will find Uriel near the field which was blocking the path ahead.

You need to go ahead and you pass thru a tunnel, in the end of the tunnel (where the path goes left) is the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y6.
Go thru the tunnel to the left and you fight a swarm soon, if you move a bit out of the tunnel, you can pick up the Gorehammer from the ground, shoot with left then blast with right clicks. It's helpful so use it to kill off all of the Swarm. You ought to see Fleshbursters come at you by now, they wait till you are close to them and explode themselves – avoid them. You can shoot down the STONE OF MYSTICS Y3 which is on the building to the right.
Also, go ahead and look to the right and in the distance you ought to be able to see TRAPPED HELLGUARD 4.
He is far off but you can use any of the shooting weapons to kill him — you can also wait to get closer to him. As you go ahead, you'll come to some steps leading down. Go down and pick up the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y7 which is behind a blue car to the left almost near the end.
You can see a field blocking your path ahead – this is where you come after taking the second piece of the rod. You can also take a BOATMAN COIN which is to the right of the hell growth near the field.
Go back and continue ahead, ignore the open door to the left at the turn ahead and go right instead and you will come to the building where the angel was earlier. If you go to the end of the road here you will find the RELIC OF RENAGOTH Y3. Go back and thru the open door which comes to the right now at te turn (it takes you into a house). Come out the other side and after you come onto the road, turn around and look to the top right of the building far away and you will spot the TRAPPED HELLGUARD Y5.
Before you go ahead, move into the building too the right here at the start of the road and you can take the BOOK OF DEAD Y8 from here.
Go ahead on the road and when you come to the edge where you need to fall off, look to the right and on the building is a STONE OF RESISTANCE.
Fall into the area below, run to the nearest weapon on the ground and get ready for a big fight in every sense of the word big. The Noss is a fearsome monster, standing taller than many buildings around but just keep shooting it till it falls. You can also get close and beat it up but keeping a distance is preferable.
Pick up the BOATMAN COIN which is nearby and go ahead into the tunnel surrounded by hell growth. Inside the tunnel, go ahead till the end and after you pick the chest, go onto the higher platform to the right by walking on the slope rubble and in the end of this platform, you find a weapon on the ground and past the weapon is the TRAPPED HELLGUARD Y6. Go down and continue ahead. You'll move thru a smaller place where you encounter a fleshburster and then as you go, you come out to a larger tunnel again. Kill off the Suffering that attacks you and go into the smaller path to the right (you can see it on your mini map), inside here you find the TRAPPED HELLGUARD Y7. Go out and into the next piece of tunnel. Keep going till you come out again to a larger area where you can see the green net ahead which will give you the next part of the rod. You need to fight a Suffering first and in the small room to the left here is the SOUL ARBITRER'S SCROLL Y2. Go ahead and destroy the net to get the EYE OF ARAFEL and then move ahead You will come to the field we saw earlier where Uriel is waiting. Talk to her and she opens up the next path.
<<—- Find the Final piece of the Rod —->>
Go into the tunnel and you pass thru a long and narrow lane, turn around and come out the other way, all this while, you fight a lot of the Swarm and a few fleshbursters show up too. Once you come to the end another Noss comes into the fray. Use any of the weapons to the left to take down the Noss. After you defeat it, go straight ahead and do not turn right, go straight and look down at the end to find the TRAPPED HELLGUARD Y8. As you go into the right part of this bridge, be prepared to fight a couple of the Suffering and a few more waves of the Swarm. I use Achidna's Fangs against these guys because they can seriously outnumber you. As you keep going, you will also come to see some broken parts of the road to the left or right and when you reach the first broken part, you should see a Swarm, a Fleshburster and a Suffering come for you at the same time. Take your time to kill and go ahead and you will come to another section of the road where it's broken to the left and to the right just ahead, here you will fight another Suffering. After you kill it look down into the left side broken section of the road and you should find the STONE OF MYSTICS Y4.
Anyway, keep going and you'll reach the end of the bridge and see that a slope leads to the upper section of the bridge onto the top road. Here you fight another Noss. Go ahead after you kill it and when you pass two large pillar supports of the bridge look behind you on them and you ought to find the TRAPPED HELLGUARD 9.
Ahead, you come to the last part of the Rod. Now, you have THE ROD OF ARAFEL.

Go ahead into the house and you will come to a chest, just opposite to this chest is the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH Y2. Once you come into the last room where you need to go down the pile of rubble, look in the broken part of the wall to the right and you find the FISTS OF ELHAZAR. Look opposite to the fists (to the left from where you entered this place) and you can get the STONE OF POWER Y2.
Keep going and you come to the TRAPPED HELLGUARD 10. This should give you all the hellguards. Keep going and you come to Uriel. Speak to her about everything and she gives you your prize and you can now get back to the Crystal Spire to meet the Archon. You also get to see some fantastic visuals now.

Go forth on your ride that flies…. it takes you to a place most wonderful atop The Ivory Citadel…
<<—- Seek out The Scribe —->>
In the room ahead you find corrupted water and a golden statuette. Remember this statuette and also the corruption benath it. If you step into the corruption here or anywhere in this level, Death will lose his life almost instantaneously. Use the wall post to the left to get atop to another golden statuette. Use the turn lever here to make the statuette go down (this one as you can see is charged). Watch carefully what happens when the two statuette come into a straight line. After the corruption is destoryed, go thru the door. There's a BOATMAN COIN which comes in the small area to the right, the path leading up the wall using the wall post here is blocked with growth. Go ahead and use the hook to jump past the gap and go thru the door. You come into the main chamber of the Citadel, the large door past the corrupted water leads out to the main area but as you can see, there are three streams of corrupted water falling down in this area. You will need to shut down each of the three streams one by one so let's take them.
<<—- Cleansing the First stream —->>
Go thru the door to the right and thru the next and you come out to a open large area. You will see a charged statuette here in the distancea and some portals to the left. Go up the stairs to the right and go thru the hole in the wall ahead and use the posts on the wall to go up. Look behind you when you come up and run on the wall here to where the chest is. Look behind the chest to find the STONE OF MYSTICS Y5. Go back the other way now and you come out to a large, I mean humungous area with all kinds of stuff around.
—- Gaining the Voidwalker —-
Use the hook ahead to jump to the other side and fight off the corrupted angles Keep going on this platform and you will see a wall post to the left. Run on the here to the right of the growth and jump to the next wall to get to the post and then jump on the broken wall to the left and jump again to get to the other side. This area has a pressure plate to the right and a bronze door on the ground to the left. If you stand on the pressure plate, the grill blocking the hole below the wall ahead opens and you can go thru. First, stand on the bronze thing to the left and use soul splitter on it so that when it opens, the rock statue of the Reaper falls in. Now, make a part stand on the pressure plate and make the other one go thru. Here, look to the left and use the ledge to get up. Stand on the pressure plate and this opens the bronze platform and your statue falls in. Unsplit and use the ledges to get up here. Use the ledge which is ahead and go to the other side. Kill off any Corrupted angles and grab the shadow bomb ahead.
Throw it on the growth which is blocking the path ahead and also throw one on the growth behind you (the growth which is on a lever behind the pressure plate you used to open the bronze platform thru which you statue fell). After you explode the growth go there and use the lever. Come back down and look at the grill below the wall here – it's just like the one we passed thru earlier but it was closed before and it's open after you pull the lever. Go thru the hole and you can grab the GOLDBRINGER Scythe. This is the first unique scythe you have in the game – after probably Bheithir's Talons. Go back to where you exploded the earlier growth and you can see a hook above you, jump to the other side and you come to a large blue glowing power orb. Beat it up till it breaks and gives you the Voidwalker.
Now, that you have the Voidwalker, lets get to cleansing the first stream. A few tips on the Voidwalker first –
You can select the Voidwalker just like any of the other powers you have by hitting tab. You can aim and shoot the it on any of the portal surfaces from any distance. One click shoots a void and if hold the MMB a while before shooting, you get a charged void. If you exit thru a charged void you will be thrown further or higher. Now shoot a void on the surface here and one on the top and go thru the void here to go above. Come back out and use the hook to get across the gap. Ahead, you will see a void surface to the right and one to the left. Use them to go to the platform to the right and go around to the left of that platfrom and you come to a lever.
Drop down into the bronze platfrom which is open now and you come to two more surfaces. One is on the ground straight ahead, shoot a charged void here and a normal one on the surface to the left and go thru it. You are shot up in the air and you come out. Use the hook here to get to the next place where you fight Ayfid's which are corrupted female angles. Kill them and look at the charged statuette to the right here. It has a void surface behind it.
Go ahead and you will see some corrupted angles in front of another void surface get there and kill them. You come to another statuette with a void surface behind it. Look to the right from here back to where you just came from and you should be able to see the charged statuette and the surface behind it.
Shoot voids on both the surfaces and the black growth ahead is destroyed. Now that you have the voidwalker you can go back and use a surface to get to a chest which is covered with growth – this chest has the map of this area. It's easy to get there and come back here. Once you are ready to go ahead, do so and look to the left and you see a hole in the wall and inside the room ahead are two surfaces. One is on the ground and the other is on the wall opposite to a broken part of the wall which is close with a grill. Shoot a charged void on the surface on the wall and a normal one on the ground and go up using the stairs here outside. Kill the enemies in this room and stand in the center and split up. Make your forms stand on the golden levers on the wall which makes the platform open and your statue falls down into the portal on the ground and comes out the other side of the hole which was closed earlier.
Unsplit and you see yourself come out. Use the wall post to the right here and go up. You'll come to the source of the first stream and a statuette and a void surface behind it. Look below this platform to the left and you will find a charged statuette which you used earlier. Shoot a void behind it and one on the surface here and the corrupted stream is destroyed.
Jump into the water and walk ahead (the broken path behind has nothing). jump down as the water flows down and after you jump look behind you and you should find a RELIC OF RENAGOTH Y4 behind the stream of water.
This is after the second or the third fall – just look back after each jump. Go to the end and blast the growth with the bomb here and use the vein wall to go up. Go thru the next set of doors and you come into the main chamber where you can see the first stream of water fall.
<<—- Cleansing the Second stream —->>
Go thru the door to the right here and you come out and can see a locked door above a the long set of steps ahead. Go to the left, jump down and continue ahead and you fight a Corrupted Champion – they are tougher than the usual angles. Go ahead after that and in the end you come into a small room with a statue in the middle, turn left and go around to the left to find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y9.
Go back into the room and fall thru the hole here. You'll come to a charged statuette. You get into a fight on the other end of the platform and to the left of the platform on the wall are ledges which take you up. Go around to the right and pick up the RELIC OF RENAGOTH Y5. You can pull the lever here to open the gate leading back to the previous room but the more interesting stuff is going to happen with the two turn levers outside and the three void surfaces you can see. One is outside and the other two are facing each other inside the area ahead. Split up first and make a part turn the lever to the right, this brings down the right side surface wall.
Use the other Death form to go around in front of the surface that is outside here to the right and look opposite to it and you should see the left surface ahead. Shoot a portal on it and cancel the portal outside (aim at the portal and hit ctrl). Now shoot at it again – this is so that the sequence comes up that the portal inside was shot first and the one outside second. So if you make another portal, the one inside disappears and the one outside stays. Now release the lever and after the right surface wall comes up, go in front of the surface outside and shoot a charged void. This hits the surface on the right wall and the left void disappears. Make a part turn the lever to the left and the wall comes down. Make the other part go thru the portal outside and it lands inside in front of a lever. Use the lever to open the gate and unsplit and get in here. Go to the left of the lever and run on the wall ahead using the posts to get to the other side where you find the Key to the locked door from earlier. Go up right and blow the growth with the bomb and climb the steps to get to the locked door and open it.
Inside, you find a statuette with a surface behind it. Shoot a void on the surface and go back outside. Go to the left following the same path you came here all the way back to the room with the charged statuette and make the connection and return here. The water lines here lead two ways, one towards some hooks in the air and the other side has water falls like the last one. Go on the side with the water falls and fall down each one and look behind you and you should find the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH Y3 behind a water stream. You can go back to the hooks now and use them to get to the other side and go thru the next door which takes you to the main chamber again and you can see the clean water come from the second stream too.

Now from here, after you kill the corrupted angles look on the statue to your left (on the mini map you will be standing a bit to the right of the closed door below). Shoot down the STONE OF POWER Y3.
Go ahead thru the next door and to the last stream. Just as you step out, you should be able to see the Statuette far ahead. Go to the left and thru the door and fall down and go thru the next door and if you look to the left, you should be able to see a couple of hooks and surfaces. Go to the right below the stairs and go to the end and you come to the first hook. Shoot a void on each of the surfaces ahead and to the lower right and jump in to get there. From this second surface, look above you and you should see a third void surface on the rock floating above. Shoot a charged void on it and go thru it and you will come to a wall post which will take you to the right all the way to the other side. Now, you will be looking at two more surfaces. Shoot a charged void on the surface to the right below and a normal one on the wall ahead.
Run on the wall and you will go thru this void and come out the one below and onto a ledge. Go around on the ledge and you will come into a circular chamber and confront the thing which you might have been seeing from the beginning of this mission. Kill all of the Sycophants and go to the right. Stay on the path and you come to a charged Statuette. Behind the statuette in the end to the right you find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y10 which completes the chapter.
You can take it back to Vulgrim and then go to the tomb (the tomb is to the left as you go from Vulgrim towards the Spire). Go to the left of the Statuette and you come to a turn lever. Split up here and turn the lever. Use the other part to pull out the small platform and unsplit. Stand on the platform and split. Make a part pull the lever and the other part push the platform behind the turning wall and unsplit. You will come to another Statuette and you will also see another one to the right, stand here and look carefully above the Statuette to the right and you should see a STONE OF POWER Y4. The void surface behind this Statuette is blocked by black growth.
Go to the right and to the left and you come out to a void surface below and a turn lever. You will find the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL Y3 below you in front of the void surface. Go back up to the lever and split up. Now, turn the lever and you will get another surface show up on the turning wall. Use the other part of death to shoot a portal on this surface and release the lever so that the wall turns back. Go down to the surface below and shoot a portal. If you look thru it, you will be looking at the third void surface. Shoot a portal into it and this opens up that surface. Close this portal so that only that one remains. Now go back and after the Statuette fall down and go up using the ledges. As you come up shoot a void in the surface ahead which is behind the charged portal. Now, go back to the lever and turn it so that the Statuette which is there charges up. Release the lever and the Statuette to the right also gets charged and destroys the black growth which is blocking the void surface. Shoot a void in it and go to it's left and you come to another Statuette.
Behind one of the black things which are on the wall around here is the RELIC OF KHAGOTH.
Look above the Statuette here and shoot a void in the surface above it and the final stream gets clean. Follow the water and in the end jump to the right and go to the void surface. Look thru the hole in the wall here and see the next surface. Shoot voids and get in that place and fall down the hole here. Come up and pull the lever in the end and you reach the main chamber which is now, totally clean.

Go thru the main door and you come to a portal. You will find the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH Y4. Shoot a void here and a charged void on the surface above. Go up there and look up and shoot another charged void on the surface above this one. Go back down and thru the voids and you come to a door. Keep going up the stairs and you come into the chambers of the Scribe.

Boss: Jameria the Scribe
You cannot directly hit Jameriah. So make voids on two of the surfaces here and wait for Jameriah to shoot a large yellow-black ball at you. If you stand in front of one of the voids and dodge then the ball comes out the other one and hits Jameriah. Run to him and bring his health down. He goes up and does a few stunts and comes down. Repeat the same process and the third time when he has very little health, he goes up but does not come down. Shoot a charged void on any of the surfaces above and one below and go thru the one below so that you grab him as you come out the other one. After you beat the living crap out of Jameriah, he tells you all about the Key and a few things about Archon himself.

Mega Boss: Archon
So, this fight will not be all that easy..mainly because most of the time, Archon cloaks himself in a protective spear. You can strike him anyway – by this time, you have fought thru too many battles to worry or fall on this one. If you have the reaper full then you can use it. Try to keep moving to avoid Archon. After he shoots at you, he moves above you and releases his protection and this is the time you need to get him. He then smashes to the ground so stay clear. Use the Grim talisman so that you get reaper points while shooting him. If you can use the form twice then the fight should be over soon.

The Lost Soul
Book of Dead Pages – 2
Go to the Chancellor in the Dead Kingdom, then back to Nathaniel in Lostlight and to Muria in the Forge Lands and back to Nathaniel…. after this quest you learn a great truth about the Destroyer of whom we heard of on earth. It would seem that the main antagonist from the previous game is back in a new and corrupted form.
NOTE: We can pick up two pages from the book of dead which we missed earlier. Both are in the Forge Lands. Go there and dast travel to the Fjord. Go to where Vulgrim is here (look in the main map for the merchant location)). You need to swim thru the water to get there. Go behind Vulgirm and you come to a void surface. Shoot on it and go up using the wall posts here. You will come to a growth. Here, to the right if you look thru the broken part of the wall you will see another surface. Go back down and thru the voids. In the room you come thru is a shadow bomb. First, look thru the crack back to the other room where the growth is (you can also throw a bomb thru the portal here so that the bomb sticks on the growth below but there's only a chest there). Carefully throw the bomb thru the crack so that it explodes on the growth in the other room. You might need some time before you can aim correctly. After the growth explodes, go there to find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Z1. Now, look in the map and from the Fjord go straight towards the path to the right which leads nowhere, the other path below leads into the Drenchfort.
We came to this place earlier in the game but went back out. Anyway, go there and you find two pressure plates to the left and right. Stand on the platform on the ground ahead and split up. Make bothe your forms stand on the plates and when you unsplit, you have to quickly jump ahead onto the other platform before this one comes back down. When you are up here stand on the plate to the right and split up so the statue is on the plate. Make a form use the posts to the left and stand on the next platform to open the grills. Use the second form to collect the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Z2. We can now go back to our usual quests

Soul Arbiter's Scroll – 1

When you speak to the Chancellor he gives you a quest where we finally travel to the Soul Arbiter's Maze…
Fast travel to the location in the Kingdom of the Dead and go in thru the doors and look up and you ought to see some hooks above. The wall ahead has posts, use them to get above and the hook to come to a lever. New posts come up, go to them and climb them and use the next hooks to get to a door. the lever here just makes the posts we used stay – relatively useless.
Go thru the door and keep going all the way till you come into the Soul Arbiter's Maze. There's a book ahead and if you go further, you find the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL Y4. After that, go back to the mysterious book. If you open the book you can see all the levels of the maze you can reach. For now it's just the first level but you can come back to the book any time and select a level and hit space to make the portal which is in the place we just took the scroll from take us to that level.
Now, if you followed the walkthrough, we have 18 scrolls. The maze has ten levels and each level needs two scrolls. One to progress to the next level and the other to find the secret of the current level. so that's a total of twenty scrolls. The remaining two scrolls are found later in the game but it's just a waste of time to come back here later when we can go thru the maze now. To look at the scrolls, open the menu and the click on the scroll icon and hit tab to look at what the scrolls say. I'll give you all of the solutions here below. On each level, visit the secret first and then use the other solution to get out. The following are all the twenty solutions…..

In each level, the moment you enter, you will get into a fight with the monsters of that level. After each wave the four gates to the four portals open. You can go to any of the portals and use it and you will come back to the same place and get into another fight. This keeps happening till you enter the correct sequence to go to a secret or to the next level. After each level. You will come to some stairs which lead down to the portal which takes us to the next level. It is advised that you get all the things you need before you go in. You can finish all ten levels at once – it will take a long time and the monsters get tougher in the end. Each time you use a portal you need to fight a wave and i will not mention what are the monsters on each level because you should find it yourself and have fun simply fighting. The Soul Arbiter's Maze is a quest of hardcore fights and no running around looking for wall posts.
After ten levels you come to the Soul Arbiter himself and this will be the toughest fight….
Mega Boss: Soul Arbiter
The Soul Arbiter is every bit as tough as you might have imagined him to be. He is a thunder user so try not to get shocked. If you keep dodging, he will miss you and you can dodge thru the entire fight and build up reaper points by shooting him (have the grim talisman on). Each time you use the reaper you can bring his health down by 25%. But at each 25%, he gees into a protective ball and summons minions. At the last 25% he calls up an Undead Champion with a shield and then things get really challenging. You won't know when to hit and when to run. It's better to have the reaper ready for the last fight only because the Soul Arbiter unlike the last times fights along side the Champion. Kill of the Champion to make the Arbiter lost his protection and then get to him as usual. You should use Achidna's Claws at the normal minions which come at each 25% so as to get your health up. Also, try to have the reaper ready while heading into the last 25%. Talk to the Chancellor after this….
Note: That is the end of Act III and now, go to the Tree of Life and travel to Shadow's Edge where ACT IV takes place.

As soon as you come to the Tree of Death, you will meet a strange merchant. He informs you about his fondness of relics and how he can put them to good use – provided, you can find them for him. There are three types of relics – Etu-Goth there are 15 of these in the world. Each one fetches you a sum of 3000 gilt if you sell it to the merchant. Renagoth amounts to 10 and the last and rarest – of which there are only 5 is Khagoth. If you sell a Khagoth to the merchant, he will award you with a skill point without you leveling up. So 5 levels worth of skill points will be with you. They are scattered all around the world and you will find them after long periods of time. Their locations are mentioned in the walkthrough as you pass thru each area.
Secondly, you will also continue the Sticks adn Stones quest and will keep finding more stones for the tree slave guy back in forge lands. Their locations are mentioned in the walkthrough as you pass thru each area.
Thirdly, the second chapter of the Book of Dead is now open and their locations are mentioned in the walkthrough as you pass thru each area.

Find and Kill the Deposed King

You will find the remaining two big kills in this part of the world – The Deposed King and Achidna. You can go to the deposed king right away, but according to your difficulty you may or may not be able to do this. It is suggested that you take a hit at him on lvl17 if you are on hard or on normal, you can go at him right away. Either way it's going to be a long fight, albeit an easy one if you manage to go according to the guidelines. Look into the map and you will be able to see his lair in the middle of Leviathan's Gorge area. It's an open invitation…
Head from the Tree of Death straight thru the narrow path and you'll come to a bridge soon. Do not go on the bridge, turn left and go to the edge of the place and you will find RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 1. Continue towards his lair and go in (the new skull glowing doors are simply awesome).
Go down the steps and you come to a door – this is the first floor but you will not get thru it because you need a key. So keep going to the 2nd floor and go in. Make your way to the other side of the area to find the key. The third floor has the Tomb door which you can unlock after you finish collecting the book of dead. Go back to the first floor after you take the key ad go in.
As you enter, you can see a red skull to the left on the wall. This is the marking of the Soul-Arbiter which means that you will soon find a scroll of the Soul-Arbiter which will later help us when we go to his maze (you can see it on the map but you are going to need tons of these scrolls before you go into the maze). So if you spot a red skull wherever, it means that you will find a scroll soon. Go straight down the stairs and kill the little bugs and go on and drop down the broken stairs. Turn right and you see some supports on the wall, to the right of this wall is the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 2.
Go up the wall all the way to the top and you find the SOUL ARBITRER'S SACRED SCROLL 1. Back down, you will come to the locked door, go thru it. The area which the right side door leads to here has a treasure chest. After you go thru the locked door, you come to a crystal on an elevator. You can activate the elevator if you hit the crystal. After you go down, you will have reached the home of The Deposed King.
You will find many Skeletal Warriors frozen, kill them all and you will also see a second red skull to the right. Go into the small area to the right and take out all the Frozens and pick up the SOUl ARBITRER'S SACRED SCROLL 2. Kill of these remaining things and head into the middle chamber.
BOSS: The Deposed King
This is going to be challenging – if only a bit. Remember to stay as far away from him as possible at all times. You cannot go near him and expect to live. If he is in one en of the room, you got to run to the other corner. The King does a couple of smashes with his weapon and the third smash is a frozen slam and if you get caught, you will lose a ton of health and may even get killed. So, stay away from him and when it's time for the third slam, go away a bit and as he is about to do it, dodge and his weapon get stuck in the ground with ice for a little while. This is the opening, you need to attack him now. Keep doing this and after you bring his health down he will start to point his weapon to the sky and then turn into a twister – you cannot get hit by that too. So when you see him raise his weapon, just run away like hell. Apart from that, hitting him is up to you – use as powerful combos as you can. After you kill him, you get the Scepter of The Deposed King, which is a lvl 20 weapon. Go back outside now and towards the Breach.

TOWARDS THE MAW
Head into The Maw and you'll come to some hooks in the wall, use them to get across to the next place and after a wall of vines, you come onto a pillar. You can go all the way down onto the ground or jump to the right from the middle of the pillar. If you go right from the middle, you will come to a room from which you can go up using the supports on the wall and you come to two pressure plates and a chest behind two grills. You do not have the power to get the chest yet so do not go there, just fall to the ground from the pillar and move onto the plate which is directly ahead of the locked door. As soon as the grills start moving in, run on the walls and in the end, make a jump from the wall and onto the platform. Go to the left of the locked door and then right from this area (which has a sculpture hanging in the middle). In the next place you come into a large cave like area with a lever and a shadow bomb to the left. If you pull or push the lever, the bridge ahead will come up or go down. Make sure it is up and then, place a shadow bomb on the lever and and make a line of bombs from the lever to the right. You can only have three of them so make sure they are spaced just enough so that they hit each other an the explosion but not too close.
Go past the bridge and look to the right to find a pillar which leads up, you need to come here later. For now, go left and shoot the bombs so that the one on the lever explodes and causes the previous bridge to fall and the next to come up. Go past this one and you get a key. Go to the pillar which is to the left of the first bridge and go up. Jump onto the ledge and from here, you can also go up using a hook where you find a portal. Since we don't have the power to use portals, get back onto the ledge and return to the locked room. Go thru the area and you come to another pillar. Go down and to the right of the next door is a BOATMAN COIN. Go thru the door and thru the next one. You come into a room with statues to the left and right and the right one has a yellow glow behind it. Go there and take the bomb and use it to destroy the growth to the left top. You will find another BOATMAN COIN behind the left statue. Use the supports which are to the right of the next door and go up. Past the first area on top you will come to a ledge which has a ledge below and above it.
Go to the top and look at the green beam coming from a lantern which a statue is holding, we will come back here later so remember this area. Go back down and to the other side to grab a chest. Get out of this place and you come out to The Maw.
TO THE SERPENTS PEAK
As you come out you see a large wooden bridge ahead which leads into the middle of The Maw area. Go straight across the bridge here and look to the left in the junction and walk down the broken part to get a BOATMAN COIN. Go onto the right side part now and after you pass the bridge, go left immediately and check behind the rocks here for another BOATMAN COIN. Look in the main map and you can see the the Serpent's Peak can be reached if you go left. The path leading straight has nothing but let's check it out anyway. Go straight and fall down in the end and you come into a small chamber with a portal. There's a BOATMAN COIN behind some boxes (break them) and also more importantly a STONE OF POWER X1 on top of the entrance to this final chamber you just used to the left.
We need to come back later to this place but get out of here now and use the ledge to climb up and remember this place (if you look carefully you see faint outlines of a creature walking around in the sand), because we have to come back here soon.
Head back and thru the arch leading towards the Serpent's Peak. Go till the end and you will see a path leading to the right, if you look in your map you should be on the starting edge of the lane that has Serpent's Peak written on it. But do not go there yet, walk straight ahead and fall down in the end and you will see a lever here. Pull it and the wall to the left turns to reveal a hook and some ledges. Go there and climb up and on top you will find the very rare RELIC OF KHAGOTH 1.
If you trade it in with the goat merchant, he gives you a free skill point without leveling up for each of these. Fall down and head into the lane of Serpent's Peak. As you go, you will see the sign of a merchant on the mini map to the left of the main lane (the merchant is Vulgrim) but look above the left entrance from the main lane and you ought to spot the STONE OF MYSTICS X1.
Go straight past after that and witness a great cutscene at the peak of the serpents.
<<—- Get to the Throne Room —->>
This place is pretty straight forward and only involves jumping from one support to the other to get till the end. Go straight and look to the right in the end to find a ledge leading up. Keep going and in the end you find a moving rudder (which is a large pillar) with ledges, climb on and keep going and you get to some veins on the wall, past it you come to some large swinging object which act as platform for you. Jump on the next one (wait for them to get really really close) and keep going and jump onto the next part of the platform ahead. You come to a hook, take it and the next vine and use the ledges, pillar and more ledges and the next set of hooks and ledges and more hooks till you come to the end and you need to fall down. Just keep going and going and after some more jumping around you come to the door leading to the eternal throne.

The king won't speak to you for now so we need to do good by his chancellor first who says that the only way we can meet the king is by showing Death to the champion of the Gilded Arena.

First, speak to the human ghost champion who is the advanced moves trainer below and he gives you The Bloodless quest and a talisman. Keep the talisman aside for now.

Go towards the exit and earlier you might have seen a locked door which is open now. Use the vines to get to it and go out.
You'll meet the merchant again and go to the left end of this place (left of the dungeon ahead) right in the end you find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE X1. Go to the entrance of the Arena and your quest gets updated.

As soon as you enter the place you'll see a STONE OF MYSTICS X2 on the statue to the side. Keep going and the first door you come to, leads to the arena. For now, go down to the next door and exit this place. You come outside and after you pass thru the next large gate, stay to the right edge of the path and keep moving from the right edge and after a bit you find a RELIC OF RENAGOTH 1 behind a large rock.
Go back to the Gilded Arena and thru the first door which you didn't take earlier. As soon as you enter thru the door you see a lantern and a green beam which you saw on top of the Maw tower earlier. There's a handle to the right of the statue, turn it towards the other door and go thru. Use the vine wall and hook to get to the next door. After you come you, you meet some souls of the Arena who give you instructions on how to bring out Gnashor and the like. You need to place three animus stones on the statue head and then you get to kill the champ. They also show you three doors and light up the torches outside the one you need to go thru.
ANIMUS STONE 1
The door you saw in the cutscene is a level above you. Go to the right (you really need to look around) and use the ledge to get to the top and then around to the main door. After you go in, you come to broken stairs, go to the bottom to get a BOATMAN COIN and then use the ledge to get to the door and go thru. After the fight, keep going and you reach a different kind of door (not the usual skull eye glowing door). Go thru and you find a lantern beam. You should be able to see the BOATMAN COIN to the right here. Go on the steps in the center of this place and stand on the pressure plate on the right edge and after the grate to the right opens, pull a bomb to you and go back to the lantern and blow it. Use the Deathgrip to get the lantern to you and place it on the pressure plate. Go thru the area where the bomb is and soon you come to a lever. Go around and you will be on top overlooking the lantern which you put on the plate. Pull it to you and take it back to the statue which has no lantern up here. The green beam will open the path to the next area.
Keep going and a bit before the end, to the left on a hanging cage is a STONE OF MYSTICS X3. Go to the statue here to get the Animus Stone and fight the enemies and go out from the right. You will soon come to a door to the left after which you see the Red Skull of the Soul Arbiter. Go there and go straight till you see a little place to the left where you find the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL 3. Look up here itself and you see a skeleton holding a STONE OF POWER X2.
Go straight to the next room where you can pick up the Dungeon Map and then use the supports on the wall to get out of this place and you come into the grounds. Go near the statue and use Deathgrip to place the Animus Stone. As soon as you do so, the next main door lights up and some skeletons come at you to take you out. Kill them and use one of the open doors to get back to the top area. From this place go around all the way till the end where you see some rubble which you can walk on and go up to the next place and then thru the next main door.
ANIMUS STONE 2
Again, a lantern ahead, go thru the door which is being lit and up the stairs. You find a gap and a bomb ahead, take the bomb with the deathgrip and before you go down, use it on the growth to the right of the statue without a lantern here and go down from there to a chest. After that, go back to the bomb and take it to the first lantern statue and blow up the growth here. Go thru the area and you come to some narrow walls ahead, look behind you to find a shadow bomb. Throw it to the other side (it will not explode), jump on the right wall and then onto the left wall to get to the other side. Take the bomb to the next room and blow the growth but before you go anywhere, turn the lantern onto the bridge nearby and go on it to the other side and take the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 2
. After you blew up that growth, you'll see another door, turn the lantern to it and go thru. You can see a red skull to the right on top as soon as you enter the next place. Go to the left here and you find the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL 4
. Go into the place to the left to pick up a lantern.
Take the lantern into the room with the statue and lantern and place it on the pressure plate to the right of the statue. Now, leave it there and you go back all the way to the first statue and lantern and turn it to the closed gate and use deathgrip to grab the free lantern. Turn the statue back around and take the free lantern to the free statue on top of the steps here and the bridge with the bomb closes and you can go to the other area. As you go down the broken steps you will find the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 3.
Use the next set of steps to get to the bottom where you come into a room filled with trash stuff. Smash everything here and also the crosses which are around. Each time you smash a cross, some bone head warriors come at you. Kill all of them and a chest comes up from nowhere. Keep going after that and fight everything and take the next stone. Continue onwards to the other side and in the last place, you can find some deathgrip hooks on top, take them and keep going till you come out to the main grounds again and place this stone too.
ANIMUS STONE 3
Now, go thru the next main door which is on this floor itself on the other side and you face some enemies as soon as you enter this place. Go ahead and then right from the bridge and go on to the other side where you fight dozens of skeletons at once after which you come to a lever and a pressure plate. Step on the plate to get the bridge to the left up and take the shadow bomb. Place it on the lever and go adn stand near the throne nearby and shoot the bomb. This makes the throne room turn and you get to the next place. You'll directly come to the next stone area but this time you have a surprise waiting for you. Scarabs are very tough monsters.
You cannot do anything to their shell so you need to keep hitting them with combos as they move around. They are not that tough too, just take the stone after you kill it and place the last one in the head and we get to the main part.

NOTE: The most important thing whille fighting Gnashor is to know that if you let him hit you then he will absorb your health and use it to heal himself. So make sure you take as little number of hits as Deathly possible. Also, keep the Deathgrip on you at all times because that's the only thing which will win this fight.
For the first bout, it moves around under the ground, do not stay in it's path and occasionally when it pops up it's head and shouts, you need to use your Deathgrip to pull it down and hit it. So stay close to it while it's moving and pull it as soon as it's head comes out. After a while, it will assemble it's main body and even now, shouts sometimes, when it shouts you should see a blue ring on his face which means you can use Deathgrip on his face. Stay close to him and as soon as you see him shout, pull him down, this will make the worm part fall off, start striking it with combos and when it gets back to the body dodge all the attacks (it has some great looking attacks). After you kill it, you get it's Golden Skull and also the satisfaction of winning the best fight in the game till now (the best – maybe not the toughest). Now, you can go to the Eternal Throne to meet the King and after you are done with him, look behind his throne to find RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 4.
The first monster like I mentioned earlier is in the area above the room having the treasure chest and portals. You can get there by fast traveling to the Dungeon door named as The Maw which on the main map is right below the Breach area. Once you are here, go straight on the bridge and turn right at the junction (pass the place leading into Serpent's Peak) and keep going till the end, remember that you need to have the Bloodless Talisman on you to be able to see them.
The second monster in in the Lair of the Deposed King. Go in thru the door which leads to the inner lair of the King and go to the place where the three doors are meeting to the right of the map (look in your map), this is like a square area with rounded edges. You will find the monster in there.

Get back to the junction of the bridges and turn onto the one we did not take yet which leads to the main are of the Maw as shown on your map and as soon as you come off the bridge turn right into the structure and use the supports to get to the top side. Here, you see a red skull as soon as you come down on the top and you will also find SOUL ARBITER'S SACRED SCROLL 5. Go around and use the next wall post to get higher and you come to a lantern statue. Turn in around to the other side and you see a cutscene of it shining something on top of the dungeon named as Maw on your map. Fast travel to the dungeon and go in and use the wall posts to the left after you enter the door (we came here and saw the statue on top earlier). Go to the statue on top and go to the right of the statue first and shoot down the STONE OF RESISTANCE X1.
Now, turn the statue towards the other one and go back up and take the treasures (the grates of which were closed earlier). Go in front of Phariseer's Tomb and right from there till the edge where you come to a large building and the path that leads into the next path which has the Soul Arbiter's Maze and the Judicator's Tomb on it. Here, you can see STONE OF MYSTICS X4
to the left in a small window above the main arch.

NOTE: You can come back to The Sentinel's Gaze later with a new power which allows you to do all the stuff without the hit and miss stuff below. You need not do any of this now. You will be back later anyway.
Go back all the way and you should now go into the place to the left of Phariseer's Tomb which leads underground into the Sentinel's Gaze. This place just has a couple of stuff and a chest to which you cannot reach yet. Anyway, you will find a BOATMAN COIN around to the right side. You will find a platform to the left which takes you higher where you can pick up bombs, but here, look behind the left side torch and you find RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 5.
Go to the right of the tower from the ground and you can see a ledge up top which takes you onto the lower section of the tower where you see a growth blocking your way. Now, go and take the shadow bomb and stand on the left edge of this platform look to the side of the main tower of Sentinel's Gaze and aim and carefully throw the bomb in such a way that it hits the growth (you obviously need a ton of proper aiming and luck but you can do it – it is possible even though you cannot see the growth from here). After you explode the growth, go there and take the ledge to the top where you see another growth blocking you way to a chest – now this one – you cannot hit even if you try a million times (I know because I did try). Look behind on the statue though and you find STONE OF POWER X3

And now, it's time to enter the tomb, so just go there and thru the large ornate outer gate. You immediately come onto a crystal elevator, strike the crystal to make the elevator go down and you enter the main tomb. You can pick up a BOATMAN COIN if you look to the back edge of this area and then go thru the door ahead. You will come to a pressure plate, a bomb, two sets of growths and ledges. Use the bomb on the two growths and get the chest and then get to the place with the second growth where the bronze pillar is standing and push it down from where it is. Take it in front of the large gate which is being opened by the pressure plate and take a bomb and place it in it's middle. Now, the position of the pillar should be so that (the explosion pushes it back) the gate falls on it and go stand on the plate and shoot the bomb and let the gate fall on the pillar. Now go thru the door ahead and look on top to the right to shoot down STONE OF MYSTICS X5.
You should be on a elevator now with four crystals and with each hit, the specific crystals take you to that floor. Let's check this floor first.
Go in thru the door and go up the stairs from the left or right and look behind the large statue to find BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 3
. Then come back out onto the elevator and take it down to the first floor.
Go straight first (this is the door which has no path/door opposite to it) and you come into a large area, look left and you ought to see a Deathgrip hook on top, use it to go up and you will find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 4 here.
Go back outside for now and thru the right side door where you find a Deathgrip hook ahead below a cage. Use the ledges to the left to get to a lever and make sure that the left side cage comes down (there are two cages which alternate according to the position of the lever). When you are sure the left cage is down. Use the hook to get to the opposite side and look on the cage to see a Shadow Bomb. Take it with your grip and throw it somewhere near the lever we just used (do not throw it on the lever yet). The bomb won't explode so get back to the lever and push it so that the left cage comes down and go back to the door side of the room. Now, stay close to the edge and shoot the bomb and as it explodes on the lever, the cage ahead comes down, use this one first and then the next to get to the other side and grab the Skeleton Key.
You will have to fight perhaps the most annoying enemy in the game – The Wraiths. These things are very fast so the moment you see them raise their swords, be assured that they are going to strike you. So, keep hitting them and as soon as you see them make a move, dodge away. After you kill them take the elevator to the third floor.
Go thru the locked door and keep going and going till you see yet another new enemy to fight. This guy is holding a shield so you cannot attack him straight on, dodge around him and take him out or wait for an opening and kill him (it will take a little time). You will find the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 6 in this room. After you kill the enemy go near the next area and just before the narrow lane is a red skull to the right on the wall. Go ahead a few steps and look behind the cage to the left of right and you find the SOUL ARBITER'S SACRED SCROLL 6.
Go ahead and after you exit, you come to a ledge. use the next series of these to get thru the door and in the next area, look straight on the head of the statue ahead and shoot down the STONE OF POWER X4.
Shoot the bomb to the left above the growth and run on the wall to get to the support. Use the next series of pillars and supports to go below and onto a vein wall leading down to the first floor again and to a lever. Pull the lever and go down to the bronze pillar and move it out to the center (hit MMB to push it fast).
You will have the pillar right below the elevator now on the pressure plate. Go back in and use the same set of pillars to go back up to the third floor and finally go to the second floor.
If you came onto the second floor earlier then you will see a ghost and he breaks the elevator locks on this floor causing the elevator to fall down. So we used the pillar to hold the elevator in place. Now, go thru the main door ahead and into the center and you will meet Phariseer. Phariseer may have put up a great big show but is really a very easy kill. Just ignore everything else and keep striking him till he is defeated and you have a buddy.
Go back down to the first floor and thru the final door we didn't take earlier (have interdiction equipped). When you step on the soul ring, it will glow in two slots and your friends will come out. You can look around and see if there are any green glowing spots on anything (usually levers behind grills and pressure plates are shown in green) and hit mmb to command your ghost to use that thing. This way you can move around hassle free. Remember that there are certain places with rune deactivator strips on the ground (black strips) which if you pass past, the ghosts go away, you won't need the ghosts past those strips anyway so don't worry. Go down to the door and go to the other side of the room where you see another red skull. Fall down thru the hole and you find the SOUL ARBITER'S SACRED SCROLL 7 – you might need to first place one of your soul buddies on the pressure plate to open up the area. Now, go about killing everyone that comes at you (hairy fight). After you kill everything, use the ledges around here to get to the top and out of here.

Look in the main map and go right from Phariseer's Tomb to the path leading to the Judicator's Tomb. In the middle you will come to a fort (where you shot the Stone of Mystics earlier). Stand on the sould circle here and use the souls to pull the lever behind the grill to the left to open the grills. If you go right you will find a BOATMAN COIN and in the end a chest. Fall down from the chest and go to the exit side and you will come to some steps, don't go out, look to the right here to find the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL 8. Now go out and just outside, look to the right on the wall and you see a wall post leading up to a chest. Head towards the Soul Arbiter's Maze and look to the right behind a large rock close to the entrance to find RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 7.
Now, go back and onto the large stone bridge leading to the junction between the City of Dead and The Spine. Near the junction go straight ahead and past the platform ahead to the left is the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 5.
Now, go into the Spine and look in the map and go all the way to the right corner of the Spine.
Here you find another fort, go to it's right and on the edge behind a rock is the [[RELIC OF RENAGOTH]]. Look on the wall here to find a wall post and go up using the hook, ledge and vein wall keep going and you will come to a chest.
Take what's in it and look behind you opposite to the chest to find the STONE OF POWER X5.
The rest of this area in not explorable because of the portals so we need to come back here after we get that power.

Head to the Judicator's Tomb and go in. Go thru the door ahead and you come to a large grill with a lever inside it. Go to the right where you find a soul circle, summon your buddies and ask them to pull the lever for you. Now, go thru the newly opened door and you come into a large are and you know that there is a lot of stuff to do here.
Look up and shoot the STONE OF POWER X6.
You can see the Soul Arbiter's symbol to the left here beside the door. Go right first into the room and you get to fight Undead Prowlers. Use the soul circle here to bring up your Dead Lords and go ahead and pull the lever. Go back out and into the left side room and go down the stairs. Use your dead buddies – one on the left plate and the other on the right plate and all the grills open up, take the treasures and go back up and jump down ahead to where the two platforms and the bronze pillar is. Pull the pillar and place it in between the two platforms. Go back up using the ledges to the back side here and jump onto the first platform and then onto the pillar, use a dead lord on the pressure plate ahead and then get on the next platform and go across. Go to the right from the pressure plate and behind the pillar is THE SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL 9.
Go thru the door ahead now and you meet the Judicator. After the small talk, he opens the right door. Go there and get through.
<<—- Find the first soul —->>
Go thru the door and the next one and you meet a new enemy – a Lich. It keeps raising Hosts from the ground. You need to kill them and the Lich simultaneously as it can keep raising them for a long time- you can also only concentrate on the Lich but it's better to bring down the numbers of the Hosts to avoid getting hurt. After you kill the Lich, go thru the next door and in the end you find a soul ring, use it to bring up the dead lords and then go thru the door ahead. Use one of them on the pressure plate across the gap so that the bridge comes up.
Go straight across to where you can see little growth ahead and use a Dead Lord on the pressure plate, the growth is blocking the second part of the bridge but you can use Deathgrip to grab onto the dead lord who is standing on the plate because he is stone right now. Get to the other side and take the Dungeon Map from the right. Take the bomb from the left and blast the growth, then grab the lantern ahead. Place it on the statue in the middle and turn it towards the side with the grill blocking the chest and go there to get the treasure. Come back and turn the statue to the locked door and it opens. Use a dead lord and get across and go thru the door. You will come to the top of the area where you fought the Lich. Go thru the door ahead and you come into a place with water to the left. Jump into the water and dive, go around the place below and you will find the RELIC OF KHAGOTH 2.
Go back up and use the ledges which are on the wall nearby to the right to reach all the way to the top (jumping from hooks and all).
Once you reach the top ledge, jump backwards onto the platform and take your first soul. As soon as you take the soul, a couple of undead warriors and a Lich show up. Kill them and jump back on the ledge and fall down. You will fall right beside a chest. Go to the right a bit and jump onto the next place with the chest and then get back and speak to the Judicator.
<<—- Objective: Find the Second Soul —->>
Go thru the doors and you come into an open space with a locked door. You will get into a fight now; try to get the reaper guage up full if you have'nt already. You will fight a bigger monster soon. Start killing everything and after all the small ones go down, you face a Tormentor. If you use the Reaper against him, he gets killed in a jiffy. After that, go to all the open chambers to the left and right and you find the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL 10 in the chamber to the right ahead, go to the left middle one and you see a door ahead.
Go thru the door and stand on the soul circle and bring up the dead lords. Walk a bit to the right corner and make one of them stand on the plate to the right behind the grill. This brings up a couple of wall posts. Run on the wall to the left and get onto the first platform where you see a chest. Run on the next wall too and you come to the other side. Go ahead and look to the left to find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 6
Walk to the other side and use your Deathgrip after jumping ahead to get to the top and use the lever you come to. You see a grip hook come somewhere and the grill to the left also comes down. First, go kill off the skeletons to the left and then go back to the lever and fall down thru the hole which is to the opposite of the pillar and you come back down to the beginning. Go to the right now and look up and you see the hook that showed. Go to the hook and use it to go to the top and from the ledge go left onto a platform where you see a chest. Go down to the platform below to get the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 8.
You can go back to the hook and the ledge and continue right from the ledge to get back top and then go thru the door after the lever. In the next area, kill the things to the left and you find a chest with a Key. Take the key and go back all the way to the locked door and go thru it. As you come thru the door look to the left on top and you see a grip hook and also a book of dead page to the right on a broken staircase. You can get to it later.
For now, you need to use the next series of hooks to get to the top. There's a BOATMAN COIN in the water. Use the hook ahead to get up and then jump from this platform onto the hook ahead and after Death reaches the top of his run, jump back and grab the next hook and then the next one too as soon as you see the symbol of Deathgrip and after you go up, grab the hook again and you reach a ledge. Go to the left of the ledge and you see another hook which takes you to the top of the platform. You find the soul here but you need to fight a couple of undead champions and an undead savage stalker after you take the soul. Now do not jump down. Go to the left edge of where you found the soul and in your mini-map you will be standing right on top of a chest. Look below and you will see the broken part of a staircase. Jump carefully to land on it and take the stuff from the chest. Now go to the left edge of this one too and jump down carefully to the broken part below to get to the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 7.
Go back and give the Judicator his soul and turn to the last one.
<<—- Objective: Find the Third Soul —->>
Go thru the door and use the ledges on the right to get to the other door ahead and you come to a soul circle. Keep going ahead and you will come onto an elevator where you fight an undead General. Kill him and go to the second level but you are blocked by a growth. Place both your generals onto the pressure plates on either sides and go behind the right plate and you will find wall posts and ledges above you. Jump on them and keep going on them till you get to the shadow bomb. Throw it on the crystal below and the elevator comes up. Go thru the door to the left now. You find a BOATMAN COIN in the water below. Go up the steps here and use the hook to jump ahead onto the upper platform. Go around the platform to the back side to find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 8.
Now, go to the central area and pick up the soul, look to the side opposite to the soul (the place you came in here from and look to the top left and shoot the STONE OF MYSTICS X6.
The Bone Keeper
The skeletons will keep coming forever and unless you hurt the one hanging from the top you cannot get out of here. If you have the Murder power then you can send your birds away to do the work or you will need to thin down the numbers of the skeletons and then shoot the hanger for a while and kill more skulls and so on. Try to get your reaper meter full and after the bone keeper you fight the Bone Giant. Use the reaper if you have the form ready or just attack and roll away and attack and again roll away and so on. Go back to the Judicator who comes along and you meet with the real King of the dead who wants you to seek out the guides at the Gilded Arena (the same ones who told you how to bring out Gnashor from earlier).

Go into the Gilded Arena and the guides will speak to you. They have their own thoughts about Death entering the Psychameron but they do let him through. As soon as you fall in, the greeting party arrives.
<<—– Objective: Survive the Psychameron —–>>
The first fight has a couple of Undead Stalkers coming at you. You will find it difficult – hope you have the reaper meter up. After you kill one, another one pops up. Kill everything here and you can go thru the large door ahead and use the soul circle to bring up the dead lords. Stand on the platform ahead and make a dead lord stand on the pressure plate to lift you up. But before you do that, you may want to take the things from the chest which you can reach using the ledges behind the pressure plate. Go thru the door above the platform and go to the left and make a lord stand on the plate here. Go on the bridge and make another one stand on the plate far ahead to open this door. Go thru the door and release the dead lord behind the gate who is on the plate keeping the bridge up. Go on the lane here to the locked gate.
<<—– The Locked Door and the Key —–>>
Look to the right to see a pressure plate. Release the dead lord who is close to you too and aim and command one to stand on the plate ahead past the gap. When they do stand, you will see that the grill behind him opens. But that's not our concern right now, jump into the abyss and while falling, use Deathgrip on the dead lord to get to him. Look below the place you came from and you will see a pressure plate. Aim and command and another lord comes there and jump and pull yourself there too. Go straight across him and in the end, look at the pillar ahead on the wall. Before you do anything, look behind on top of the pressure plate and you will see a grip hook and a ledge. Use Deathgrip to go up and find the RELIC OF RENAGOTH 2.
Go back down and to the junction, go left and above the steps, pull the lever here to open the door. Go back to the pillar and use it to get down. Go thru the door and you come to the key chest. Bring up the dead lords and look to the left at the three levers. You will need to aim and use the lords to pull the levers one by one, the correct sequence is 2,3,1. This will bring down the chest, take the key and go back to the locked door.
Go thru the locked door and you will see a giant arachnid monster far away. Go ahead and you will come to a pressure plate, stand on it and look to the left. While standing on the plate, aim and command a lord to go to the plate on the platform to the right ahead of us. This will open a door up top. Go thru the opened door and before you run on the wall, look down right ahead and aim and send a lord onto the plate there. Now, go onto the ledge ahead and jump onto the small ledge to the right and then onto the pillar. Go to the bottom of the pillar and jump and use deathgrip to pull yourself to the lord who is on the pressure plate. Release him and move ahead and to the next pressure plate which is behind some grills. Use your lord here and go ahead and pull the lever to bring up the bridge. Go up all the way and thru the door. When you see a conjuration circle again, bring up your lords and fight off all the monsters and go thru the door after that. Run on the wall to get to the lever and pull it. Go thru the opened door and after you go out the next door, look back on top of the door to find the STONE OF MYSTICS X7.
Go ahead and just as you step past the bridge, go right to get the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 9.
Keep going on the path ahead and you will come into a chamber filler with darkness.
<<—- Boss: Basileus and Achidna —->>
First up is Basileus, his attacks can be easily dodged. It's best to have a fast secondary weapon equipped for this fight because the enemies are pretty fast and you can get only a few strikes before you'll need to dodge away. When you are close to him, hit him and as soon as he rises go away. Use your wrath powers and also the pistol from a distance if you want to. After a quart of his health goes down, you meet Achidna. Again, stay away from them and if your reaper meter is full then use it or keep your distance and the moment you see Achidna jump, dodge away to avoid shock damage. The more you keep dodging, the lesser you will get hit. If you have the Grim talisman on, then keep dodging and shooting till the meter is full and use the reaper. Likewise, use Murder or any other power to get as much reaper points as you can. They will die, and easily too. You can go back to the forge lands and inform Thane of Achidna's death and then get back to the Eternal Throne.
Important Note: Do not sell Achidna's Fangs or lose them, they are great fast secondary weapons and more importantly, they give Death – health each time he deals a critical hit (which is a great many times if you have the proper crit score) but even then, it will be very very useful in the future – especially in the next dungeon we are going to explore – Boneriven. So even if you get a weapon which is five times stronger than this, do not discard this one.
Sentinel's Gaze – Boneriven

Now that we have the Soul Splitter, we can go to Sentinel's Gaze. Fast travel there and go in. Split Death and make one part go to the right and use the ledges to get to the top near the firs growth (if you didn't destroy it already) stand on top near a growth looking at the shadow bomb below. Make the other one throw a bomb while aiming at the other Death – this makes the other part catch it so that the bomb does not go waste. Now use this other guy to throw the bomb onto the growth. Do it on the bottom one and again on the upper level. If you are coming here for the first time (I made a trip earlier in the walkthrough) then you can pick up an etu-goth and a power stone, just read the earlier section. Now, after the second growth is gone, go in, loot the chest and fall into the hole behind the chest. This takes us to a totally nasty place called Boneriven.
<<—- Exploring Boneriven —->>
As soon as you fall in, you'll fight an Undead Stalker, move ahead and step on the plate. Wait till the gate ahead goes up fully and then move ahead quickly. Like I mentioned earlier, have Achidna's Fangs on as the secondary weapon on Death. You'll see a couple of shadow bombs on the walls and some growth ahead blocking a pressure plate. Now, position Death on the plate to the right facing the gate ahead (approximately) so the moment he snaps out of the soul split you ought to dodge and roll him to the other side past the gate. Go from the lower area next (even the upper area leads to the same place). Use the wall posts to get to the other side and kill the skulls. Here, go on the upper lane and look on the rock to the right to get the STONE OF MYSTICS X8.
You'll find a bomb up here which you can take back down and blow the growth with. You'll find a dungeon map inside. Go thru the next gate too and after a brief fight move ahead and go thru the lane to the left. Use the grip hook to get past the gap and keep going till you come to a lane with mini caves to the left and right. You also see a red skull to the right here.
You'll find the SOUL ARBITER'S SACRED SCROLL 11 here to the right in the third cave. Ahead, you see a pressure plate. Ignore it and go right to the other side where you get into another fight, in Boneriven, all the fights have the nasty little Scarabs in them. Use Achidna's fangs to get rid of them quickly (hold shift to aim and start slashing till they stop coming). Get rid of the Scarab Mounds first to make the Scarabs stop – any live ones will also be killed. You see another plate here, stand on it facing the gate and split here. Take a part to the other plate and after the gate opens, un-split and go thru it. In the end you need to take a left again and you come into a large open area. Here you will fight some Undead Scarab Hulks but first destroy 4 or 5 Scarab mounds around this place and then get to the Hulks. After that kill the other two which come and use the plates and the gate to get out. You'll come to another chain of mini caves again with a red skull.
In the first cave to the right, you can pick up the KEEN TALISMAN. In the last but one cave to the right is the SOUL ARBITER'S SACRED SCROLL 12. You will now reach the final place where you get a chest for all the trouble. To get out of this place you will need to fast travel out of here.
<<—- Treasure under the Bridge —->>
Now, open your map and start from the stone bridge above the Lair of the Deposed King and come towards the lair, as soon as you exit the bridge, go right and look carefully and you will find a broken wall with ledges to the right which take you under the bridge ( when you reach a dead end jump left onto the rubble slope). Anyway, there's bombs and growths and plates here which lead to a chest. In the chest area, you can take out the growth by blasting the bomb to the left of the growth with your gun.

Go there anyway you want to and then split Death and make each one drag the statues to the left and right to the left and right respectively and the gate opens up for us to enter.

Before you come into the city you had been asked to seek out a soul in the deepest areas and also were told that a soul was seeking you. The city of the dead is an elaborate construction and you may even forget the path you just took because of the many many paths available for us to go to and the many mini puzzles we need to play to get thru to the next area – not to mention the toughest enemies till now. Anyway, enter the city and go thru the first gate. You may want to have Achidna's Claws on because you will again face many Scarabs. Go thru the door to the left ahead and turn right immediately and break anything here and grab the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE X9.
Split up and make a form stand on the plate to the left of the blocked door ahead and make the other form use the ledges to the left of the plate area here to get to a lever which opens the gate ahead. Then go thru and you come into the main area of the City of the Dead. You can also see a locked door to the right as you enter, the key to which is somewhere far away and the main gate ahead which leads to the end of the city – blocked with bars.

From here go to the left of the locked door and you will find another blocked door as you go down the steps – this is the main gate, look behind you to the left of the steps and you find the RELIC OF RENAGOTH 3 in some steam coming up from the grill below.
Go back to the top and go to the door directly opposite to the locked door. You will go past broken walls and you can can see a pillar on the wall to the left which leads up – but the gate above is blocked and we will come back later for that, continue on the path here and run on the wall when you come to the gap. You will come to a statue now which needs a lantern. Go to the right of the statue and thru the door, just as you come out, look to the right of the door to find a ledge and use the pillars on the wall and you will come into a small room with LICH SPINES — this like Achidna's Fangs is a great weapon but instead of health it gives Wrath so do not lose this. Fall down and continue ahead to the next door. You come to a turn lever in the ground. Split up and make a form turn the lever in the ground fully to the right.
Make another form go ahead thru the now opened gate and take a bomb from the left. Go back and use the bomb on the lever which is to the right now across the gap. After the bomb explodes on the lever, the gate opposite opens and you can drag out the floating platform. Un-split and take the platform near the closed gate ahead. Stand on it and split now so that the rock statue stands on the movable platform. Now, make a form use the turn lever and make the other push the platform across to the other side and un-split and you will get past the gate. There are two plates ahead too. Use them to get to the chest and then go right here. Go up the first set of steps and you come to another set to the left. But wait, look to the right at the foot of the steps and on the right wall below is a hole which will take us to the lower level.
Anyway, go on the steps first to get to a chest and come back to fall thru the hole. You'll fall to a chest, open it and move ahead and you will come to a chest with the Key in it and a lever to the left. Use the lever, go out and open the locked door and go thru it.

On the other side of this bridge is a blocked door. First, stand on this side of the bridge near the door you came thru – make sure you are standing on the bridge and then make a part go ahead to the other side where you can see a hook to the right. Take it to get to a ledge above and go to the right and fall off. Here on the corner of the wall to the right is the SOUL ARBITER'S SCROLL 13.
Use the ledges here on the wall near the gap and run up the wall to the top and you come to a turn lever again. First – to the right of the lever is a hole which will take you back down – do not fall in it. Past the hole is the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE X10.
This completes another chapter. When you are out of this place, go to Vulgrim and sell the book for the bone key. The tomb door is in the lowest lever in The Deposed King's Lair – use the steps to go there. Come back to the lever and turn it around. Now, switch to the other form and take it ahead and pick up the next BOATMAN COIN and go to the left where you see a vine wall which takes you to a hook and a chest.
Come back here and go ahead into the lanes where you find a lever which opens the portcullis which was blocking the lantern earlier. Go back outside to the main area – the lantern is to the left of the locked door from earlier. Take the lantern in the lane which we first took – opposite to where the locked door was and place it down when you come to the gap and get to the other side. Pull the lantern to you using Deathgrip and place it on the statue. First, turn the statue to the blocked place to the left which opens the grills and leads to the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y1. Yep, the next chapter's pages start now itself. Turn the beam to the large pillar in the void ahead and a bridge comes up.

Go to the other side and thru the door and use the vine wall to get above and use the hook and vines to get to a door. You come to another bridge now. Go to the right now and you will come to a lever which will turn the bridge, but look to the right corner here and you find the RELIC OF ETU-GOTH 10.
Go to the bridge, stand on it and split up, send a part to pull the lever and then un-split to get on the turned bridge. Split again and make a part stand in the golden wall lever to the left. Make the other part go ahead and take the bomb here and thrown it on the lever which is to the left of the door ahead. After the lever is bombed, the grill to the left of the wall lever comes down. Keep a part on the wall lever and make another part go further ahead to the right where you see a vein wall which leads to a BOATMAN COIN. The path below leads too two Wraiths and a chest. Look on the wall to the right of the chest to find the STONE OF POWER X7. After that, un-split and go to the door (which had the grill blocking it removed).
You come to narrow walls which you need to run and jump on to get to a door on the other side and a lever. Use the lever and go thru the door and you come to another lever which opens the blocked gate which was in front of the first moving bridge from earlier. Now, go right past the grills which were blocking you and thru the door and to the first bridge and thru the newly open door. As soon as you enter here you get into a huge fight. First wave has three Wraiths, second has an Undead General and you fight Tormentors one by one after that – try to get your reaper gauge full by the time you get to the tormentors. Go thru the next door and use the Deathgrip and be ready to make a run for your life. As soon as you get on top of the wall lever ahead the ground comes up with spikes on it. You need to get to the top without getting killed, so do that – you may need to try a few times to know the exact locations of the hooks and ledges. After you get to the top, pull the lever and go thru the door and you come out. You can open the chest which is to the left here.
This place will now be littered with monsters. Make sure you have you best equipment on because it's going to be a frenzy. As you move up the stairs here you face – Undead Stalker first, Two Abominations, and finally Three Wraiths – nothing we cannot handle. When you get to the door, go thru it and use the wall pillars to get to the other side (there's a chest below). Go thru the door and you come to the great elevator.

Get to the door to the other side and go thru it, you will come to a hook on the wall on the other side. Soon you'll come to a pressure plate. Stand and split on it and make a part go right onto the ledges, then on the hook and the other ledges to reach the lever. Pull the lever and go back to the open door and thru it. Pull the lever here too to open the grill ahead and use the hook above to get onto the great elevator. Here, you have a locked door again, another door blocked by large rods. Turn the beam onto the third door and use the hook to get to it and thru the door. As soon as you come in, you get into a huge fight again with Hulks. Kill them and use the bomb to blast the growth blocking the vine wall. Use the vines to get to the top. Walk on the stairs to the right and go out to get the Key from the chest outside and use the hooks to get across and thru the door. Come back on the elevator and turn the beam on top of the locked door. Now, look at the wall posts below. Fall down and use them to get to the locked door.
As soon as you get in, break the boxes here for BOOK OF DEAD PAGE Y2.
Use the ledge to the right here and go to the other side. Use the other ledges here and you come near another floating platform behind some grills. Fall down to where the pressure plates are and split on the right plate, place another on the left plate and take a part up to the platform. Look on the left wall here to get the SOUL ARBITER'S SACRED SCROLL 14.
Now, move the platform outside so you can stand on it. Split on the platform so that the statue is on it and fall down to the plate and stand on left and right plates alternately and move the platform thru the grills which are open and take it to the door. Unsplit here and place the platform on top of the plate to open this door and go thru it. Pull the lever to open the bars and throw the bomb onto the growth on the elevator and go to the elevator and pull the lever to take it down to the main gate.

We will go and meet both the souls now – the one which we are looking for and the one that is looking for us. Turn the beam on top of the main gate and go thru it. Go thru the next gate too and you come to a large well like area….
Boss: The Wailing Host
This is easier than you think – first, stay very very close to the host – right on the edge of the tunnel he came out from – you will not fall into it. Start striking from here – you can hit him anywhere – he isn't as tough as some of the other opponents we encountered earlier in the game and Achidna's Fangs make this fight much easier. Just keep hitting and after every quart of his health, he sends some hosts – this is the time get get recharged. Use Achidna's fangs on the hosts to get health and fill up your reaper meter. Also, after each 25% of health, the wailing host falls down and you can do an execution to bring his health down further or do some other kind of damage – so do not forget to hit the execute button. Just keep dodging and the Wailing Host isn't all that.
Go thru the door and you meet the soul who you are looking for…
Do any other stuff you need to – go to Vulgrim to get the bone key and go to the tomb. Move the two statues to the left and right for more chests inside. If you have the crucible then you get another invitation for the next set of waves. After that, go thru the tree of death to the Angel Portal to a new world.

After you collect all 10 pages, Vulgrim gives you the key to the Forge Land Tombs The entrance is just near the entrance to the Lost Temple, fast travel to the lost temple and you will see it (you must have already seen it earlier).
Forge Land Tomb –
Find a way to save War
Objective: Find the Keeper of Secrets
Ride along with Despair – your noble steed thru the veil and towards The Dark Fortress. Once you reach the Fortress, you will face your first enemies. Kill them and if they drop anything, pick them up and go into the inventory screen – default O button. You can see all the things in your inventory and equip any item of your desire.
Objective: Reach the top of the Dark Fortress
Go ahead into the Fortress and enter it – you will see that Dust (the Crow) is at the entrance pointing the way in. Go in and keep looking to your left, after you go across the first gap you will find an frozen enemy, destroy the ice around him and kill him. Then move inside and unlock the chest to get a few potions. Keep going ahead and jump across. You will soon come to a large gap with beams coming down from the ceiling, jump onto them and turn towards the next beam, hold shift and hit jump to get across and then climb the ledges in the end to get on top and you will come to the next set of enemies. Kill all of them and take any spoils they drop and jump onto the vines to the left side ahead. Get on top and move ahead. You will see an enemy and another vine to climb. On top you will come across your first mini-boss – Ice Giant.
MINI BOSS: ICE GIANT
The Ice Giant has very basic attacks. The best course of action is to put a finger on the alt button (dodge) so that you are not hit by it. Just keep dodging to the sides and hit him and eventually, it will fall. Move thru the door to the right and go in. You will come to a lever, use it and the platform rises up to another level. You will again come to a series of vein walls, pillars and walls to run on. After you get to the end of the first vein wall, you will come to a pillar, hold the direction button and space to get to the pillar and keep going. After a long traversal thru the Fortress – after jumping on beams and wood work and so on, you will finally get to the Crowfather – the Keeper of Secrets. The conversation does not go well so he sends a boss fight your way.
Yup, looks like the evil clone of your brother is here for a fight. War is pretty fast and he uses the combo which we used in the first Darksiders game – the Blades rising from the ground. Once he gets his combo going, he can do pretty good damage so for the first part, just use your secondary weapon to strike him once and dodge away. After you bring his health down he starts to run towards you, strike him to get into a quick action event – keep clicking the attack button to take him down and continue the fight the same way as before. After you kill the clone, see what happens – a series of unforeseen events send Death, writhing in pain to a distant world set to be doomed from corruption.

In the world new to us, we first meet up with a creature older than the council itself – a Maker. Listen to what he has to say and he points us in the direction of Alya. We ought to have gained a level by now so use the skill point to buy a skill from the menu by hitting O.
Objective: Speak to Alya
If you look into your map, you will see a chest nearby, go to it and open it. Then continue towards Alya and as you cross the tree hollow bridge, you will come to another Maker – Thane who is also a trainer. Speak to him to get a free power and you can always return to him to buy more powers. Go ahead and head to the right side where you will meet Muria the Shaman. Talk to her and she tells you that she can make you a powerful talisman to guide in your path provided you bring her Stalker's Bone, Mordant Dew and Carven Stone. To further aid you she mentions a young Maker Karn who can help you locate the three objects. This starts the "Shaman's Craft Quest". Head to Alya and speak to her, then go to Thane and speak to him. Talk to the elder Maker also and the door opens to the Cauldron. Head inside and soon you will come to a small body of water below you. Jump in and swim into the water to grab the BOATMAN COIN. On a wall nearby is a bar you can jump up to and go up all the way. Here you will see another ledge to climb which will take you back to the start. Go to the next ledge to the right and continue to the other end of this area and you will soon reach outside to the Stonefather's Vale.
Look into your map and you will see the gate leading to the Shadow Gorge to the left of this area. Go to the gate and to the left of the gate is another BOATMAN COIN. Go into the open area which is immediately to the right of the middle door which has the corruption on it. Here you will find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 1.

<<<— Weeping Crag Locked Door 1 and Key—>>>
Now, get back onto your horse and head towards the Weeping Crag which is the only open gate for now. Go in and after a while you will reach the main area. Get down immediately – you should see a ledge to the left. Before that jump into the water here and go to the right near the waterfall to get another BOATMAN COIN. Go back to the ledge and climb it and you will come to a locked door. Now, look to the right and you will see a pillar on the wall.
Run to it and fall onto the ledge below. Then go to the right to another ledge and then right to another pole. Climb to the top of this pole and run right again. Now, climb to the top again on this one and jump upwards to another pole and go left onto the platform. Two corruption monsters attack you as soon as you come here, take them out and you will see on the mini-map that the door to the left is open and the one on the right is closed. Open the left door and go in, you will find a chest here. Open it, to the left of the chest are some boxes which you can smash. Smash them and you will see an opening in the wall which leads to another chest.
Now after you take this one, you need to come back all the way here and get on top of the stairs this time.
You will come into a room with a pressure plate – stand on the front edge of the plate and wait till the platform ahead is fully raised. Then jump and keep jumping all the way up to the next platform too.
Now, go to the right and down the stairs and you will come to another area with a door ahead. The way to reach the door is to run on the wall to the right here and then hit jump at the end of the wall so that you resume running on the next wall too and reach the door. Now, to the right of the door is the chest which has the key to the locked door. Before you go out, go to the left of the door to the end and you will see the camera change and you can jump up on the walls all the way to reach the top. There's a chest on the other side with a great new weapon. But you will be able to reach it only if you can run on the walls to the right and make a jump and another jump in the end to grab the ledge which is on the platform of the chest. After all that, go back to the locked door and open it. Now, before you go thru, beware that you will have to fight a level 5 Stalker. If you are still on level 1 then you will have a lot of difficulty killing it, but it's not impossible but also takes a ton of time – so if you are fool hardy like me then try to kill it or you can come back after you level up.
After you kill the stalker, loot the two chests here and go down the stairs on the other side. After you fall down, go back towards the stairs leading into water. Stand on top of these stairs and you will need to run on the left wall and jump to continue running and then jump on the parallel walls avoiding the broken parts to get to the other side where you will find the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 2.
Gorewood Monster Location
NOTE: If you go into the water and dive in all the way to the bottom, then you will see a narrow space which you can swim in. You will emerge in the lowest area of the map which is a resting place for the "Gorewood". You will be given this quest later in the game and it is strongly suggested that you do not go there now since you cannot hurt it with your current weapons at your level. You should come here only when you get the quest from someone else.
Go back outside to the Weeping Crag and if you look in the map you will see a merchant nearby – it's none other than Vulgrim himself. You can talk to him and then continue to the next area.
Baneswood Treasures and Secrets

Go right as you enter Baneswood and you will find a BOATMAN's COIN to the right – get on top of the small cliff and jump to get it.
Open your map and look to the right edge of Baneswood. Take Death to the middle of the right edge and you will see the statue of a Maker where you can find three enemies. Kill all of them to pick up the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 3 – one of them drops it after they die or you can find it behind the statue. You will also see a chest up on the ledge to the right but you cannot reach it yet since you need an item which you will get later to get there (Note: If you cannot find the page here then you may need to kill all the monsters in this area till one of them drops a page. If you look into your map, you will see a path leading to the Nook and a Temple after that, that path is locked for now. So head to the path to the right which leads into the Charred Pass. The path is still a part of Baneswood. As soon as you pass the gate, look to the right to see another BOATMAN'S COIN. Get up and use your horse to jump at the edge to grab it. Go ahead and pass thru the next arch and move to the left where you find another Maker statue and a Chest. To reach it, you will need to run on the wall to the right and jump onto the platform and keep running on the wall and jump onto the pillar and move up. After that, continue on your path towards the Charred Pass.
Charred Pass Treasures and Secrets

If you look on the map in the inventory screen then you have already passed the Charred Pass but you will get a prompt on the screen after you enter it and this area is the area past the narrow passage which is mentioned as the Charred Pass in the map. As soon as you enter it, you will see a hollow stump of a large tree to the left and right, go into the left one to get a BOATMAN'S COIN. There is nothing you can do in The Scar area so head onto the Cauldron path.

Objective: Help Karn defeat the Consutructs
Jump in and start killing all the Constructs. You can talk to Karn after everything is dead. Ask him about the favour and about the Shaman's Craft and he mentions Stalkers near the Cauldron and also something about a plate which was the last item he forged. He breaks the chain to down the bridge, head in for now.
Objective: Restore the Fire of the Mountain
Keep going inside and use the lever to open the door ahead, keep going till you come into the Cauldron area. Here you can see a Shadow bomb to the right of the Cauldron. Pick it up and move ahead till you see some yellow crystal near the chest on the mini map. Aim using Q and throw using MMB. Open the chest after that and go back to the bomb. Take another one and throw at the lever which is on the right side wall. This opens the door to the right so go in.
You'll come into a large area with a lot of lava, you can pick up a BOATMAN's COIN to the right. Look on the left wall and use the ledge to get to the next place and jump onto the platform behind. Jump across to the next area and move ahead. Look behind the wall to the left and use the ledge to go up and run up the wall here and grab onto the pillar. Jump on the beams to get across and you will come to the Shadow Bomb. Use it on the lever on the right wall and go thru the open door. In the end of this path you will see a chest which has a map of this area. Head into the chamber to the left and you find Constructs and a Stalker fighting. Try to take out the constructs first before tending to the Stalker.
<<<— Stalker's Bone —>>>
As soon as you kill it you obtain the bone. You don't need to go back outside and talk to Karn right away since the next piece is in an entirely different area which is not accessible right now.
You will also find another chest which has a key. Take the key back to the locked door in the beginning of this area and you will come to a shadow ball. Hit E to grab it and roll it into the hole. Now go to the wall where the support came and grab it to go up. On top, you should have spotted the BOATMAN's COIN by now. From the ledge, go right onto the platform and open the chest behind the statue. Go back near the ledge and stand on the edge here and run up the wall and jump behind to get the coin. You may not be able to get it if you use the ledge to jump. This should give you ten coins. Go onto the ledge and traverse it all the wall to the other side and use the veins on the wall to go up. You will soon come to another support ahead in the end. Use it to jump to a ledge and jump backwards to the chest and grab everything. Go back to the ledge and move on it all the way and use the veins on the wall to get down. Keep going and you will come to a lever. Use it to open the door to the left and go in the chamber
You come to a locked door. For now, go thru the door to the right here and you will come into an open area. Go to the left of this place and you will see BOOK OF DEAD PAGE FOUR behind the opening in the wall. Go back out and to the right where the yellow crystals are holding the ball. Use the bomb to break it free and roll the ball to the hold closest to the gate behind which the second ball is. Now, roll the second ball into the left slot. Use the bomb to throw at the first ball so it comes free. Roll it to the right slot and the gate opens. Take the key from the chest and go to the locked door. You will come to a lever. First, break the stuff to the left to get a BOATMAN's COIN. Pull the lever and go to the right and use the ledges to travel to the other side. Run towards the ledges that came up and jump from the edge to grab them. Go to the other side and use the ledges and stuff to go up all the way. You will come to a bomb to the left. Pick it up and go back and fall down. Aim and shoot the bomb at the yellow crystals which are to the left in the space above the ledges. You cannot go there now so go back up.
Lost And Found Part I
Use the bomb to hit the lever and go across the platform. You will find the JOURNEYMAN PLATTER to the left of the stairs which Karn asked.
You will immediately put yourself into the boss fight of this level with Gharn. Gharn is very quick to attack in spite of his size. The best way to deal with him is to use only fast weapons against him and hit a few times and dodge away. Try to memorize his moves so you can be a step ahead and predict what he's going to do next.
After you kill Gharn, continue ahead and you will come to a large machine in the center, use it and turn it around a couple of times to activate the cauldron. Next, break the stuff to the right here to gain the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 5. Go back to where you blasted the yellow crystals earlier (the chest is shown on your map) and open the chest for a great new weapon. Go back out and you can open the map and fast travel but give Karn the platter and then get away from this place using the fast travel and head to Alya.
Go to Thane and engage him in battle. If you manage to defeat him then you get nearly 900 EXP. He also mentions the name of four other monsters for us to defeat. To get him, use a good heavy weapon and you should be at least on level 4. You cannot take any hits so you need to dodge frequently. Hit with the heavy weapon, once or twice if you have an opening and dodge away. After a while, he starts to smash the ground which sends rocks hurling at you – dodge them too. All in all, it is going to be very tricky if you are on level 4, if you are finding it too difficult then come back to him in level 5 or 6.
Find and Kill Gorewood
We came across the path leading to Gorewood during our time in Weeping Crag. You can look at the Gorewood monster location above to get to the spot. Even if you do everything till now as mentioned in the walkthrough you might be still in level 6. Gorewood is very very tough but not impossible – you might have to take a few turns to figure out the monster's movements before you can kill it. Still, it's better to return here after you complete the Tears of Mountain quest. If you do kill Gorewood, you will get a Lvl 10 weapon so you can't use it anyway. To kill the monster, you will need to be very quick on your feet. It has only three attacks – the first is that the monster sends roots thru the ground which follow you around – you need to dodge them very carefully, as soon as you see that it is going to sent the roots, if you are close to the monster then wait for the roots to come to you and then dodge and go behind Gorewood to avoid the root. If you are far from it then stand near a wall and wait till the roots get really close and then dodge – this way, the root hit the wall and avoid following you.
If you do get caught then repeatedly right click to get loose. Sometimes, the roots will case damage and sometimes they won't. The next is a kick attack, you see the monster running at you – just dodge away to the side. The last is a claw attack – dodge this and start using some primary secondary weapon combos since after the claw, the monster roars for a few seconds – beware, after half health the monster might try to claw you twice. After you kill it, talk to Thane and you'll be rewarded.
Tears of the Mountain

Objective: Speak to Karn
Karn is at the entrance of the Shadow Gorge – shown on your map. Go to him and talk about everything. He has another lost and found quest for us this time too something about an armor.
Aim your pistol at the bombs above the door and shoot at them. As soon as you enter the Gorge you see the color go out. This is the Shadow Gorge's specialty – you'll be in shadow thru the entire area.
<— Mordant Dew —>
Go ahead and you will come to a Stinger Nest, the game asks you to talk to Karn about the Mordant Dew. The little stingers will keep coming till you destroy the nest so just go ahead and kill it. You might pick up the some Mordant Dew while killing the stingers or the nest.
After you kill the nest look above straight ahead and you ought to see a BOATMAN's COIN. Climb the ledge and jump to the coin, you will also see an open door to the right go thru the door and you'll be locked with some monsters, kill all of them to open the doors again. Go thru the next door and you will come to another BOATMAN's COIN to the right as you exit – do not jump into the area below, turn back and head towards the Shattered Forge.

You'll see that the bridge is broken, get into the water and dive in and go behind the broken bridge to get another BOATMAN's COIN. Get on the bridge and go into the Forge. Inside, you'll come to more water, jump in and circle around the forge to find another BOATMAN's COIN. That's four already, climb back up and head thru the open door nearby. Go straight to the end where you see some kind of a pillar like thing hanging and fall into the water. You'll see a hole right below the pillar in the water, go thru it and come out the other side. Get on the land here and open the chest to get the map of this place. Use the supports on the wall to get to the top and kill the enemies here. Move ahead from here and thru the next door and you will come to an area with close walls. You need to run on the walls to get to the other side so start running on the walls and get to the other side. Then run above on the parallel walls you come to get to the top. Run on the walls where the supports are and you come to an area with some enemies and you see a shadow ball on a piece of platform far away.
Jump into the water and use the ledge to the right of the platform to get on top and throw the bomb on the growth. Go back and thru the open place. Keep going and use the lever. Run on the walls to get to the next bomb and throw it on the growth below. Jump down and you will have to fight a Stalker now. Kill it and keep going till you are trapped again with a Construct Champion. Kill it and some tainted constructs come at you. Kill them and another Champion arrives. After all that, the path is open again and if you go ahead, you will come to very narrow walls. You need to run on the left wall and keep jumping to get to the other side. Keep going and you will come into a central place with ledges all around you. Look in the water and you ought to see a pillar which signifies that there's a hole below it in the water and jump in. Go thru the hole and climb up to get to the bomb. Throw it on the growth ahead and after it explodes you see a door. Pick up another bomb and then jump down. Use it on the growth behind to the left to reveal a chest. Go up there and continue using the ledges and walls to get to the door on the other side.

Go thru the door and use the ledges to get to the other side and keep going. If you are lucky, you will come across a Carven Stone. Use your pistol on it and after it dies you will have all three things you need for the talisman. You can return to the Shaman and get the talisman now – you can fast travel there and back but soon you will gain an item which you need to take back to tri-stone anyway, so just wait for a while. You will also face a lot of resistance here, kill everything and go to the corner here where there are some pots. Break them to get the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 6. Go thru the next door and grab the key. Use the lever to bring down the rods and jump down. Go thru the locked door and take what's in the chest. You should have the SPLINTER-BONE now. Go back to Tri-Stone and give it to Valus.
Boatman's Coin – 4
Go towards the Fjord and you will see that the gate is locked. Use the same ledge you used to get to the first boatman coin here earlier and go thru the open door and fall down the other side into the Fjord. Look into your map and you will see a merchant sign. Go there and you will meet a construct. He wants you to collect various kinds of stones to feed him. There are three different kinds of stones and there are a lot of them. I will mention their locations as we go on. The first is to the left of the construct above you – it's a blue thing – you may have seen these since the beginning of the game (yes it's going to be a huge pain collecting them). Shoot the stone with the gun and it will come to you and you get the STONE OF MYSTICS 1.
There's also a BOATMAN's COIN nearby, to take it, get on the highest part of this area with your horse and jump with it from the edge.
Next, continue ahead and stay to the right. When you reach the middle of the Fjord, look into your map and you ought to see a new symbol showing The Fjord which can be used to fast travel. There are two places the Fjord leads to, one is the Crucible and then the Drenchfort. First let's cover the path towards the crucible.
Go to where the water is (look at the main map to guide you). Go into the water and swim under and you will find a BOATMAN's COIN inside. There are a couple of other places here. You cannot go to the Crucible yet. If you swim into the area above the crucible which looks like an inverted V you will find Vulgrim and a place with chests which you cannot access – this is the right side of the inverted V. To the left is Oran who is sleeping you cannot wake him yet so just go back all the way but remember these places. Go back to Fjord and look into the map. Now to the right most side of the Fjord are two paths. One leads to nowhere and the other larger path leads to our quest. The path are separated by a small mountain.
Go to the path that is going nowhere and you will find a room. Go in and pick up the BOATMAN's COIN here to the right in a hole behind the wall. Move to the center of the room and look back and above the door to find STONE OF POWER 1. Shoot it to take it. The rest of this area is inaccessible so go back to the Fjord and take the other path leading to the quest.
As you enter the path, go on the high area to the left (you should have seen the BOATMAN's COIN) go to the edge and look for the coin jump from above the coin to grab it. Go thru the path leading to the Drenchfort and you will find STONE OF MYSTICS 2 above you as you go. Next, head inside the Drenchfort.

After you come into the central area of the fort, you get to see the elaborate structures built by the makers. The game also shows you which door to go to and how to get there. First look opposite to the giant structure (the way it is facing, and you will see STONE OF MYSTICS 3 in the middle of the room.
Then jump below to the foot of the structure and look around for a BOATMAN's COIN. Go back up and use the ledges which were shown in the beginning to get to the door which was shown earlier in the cutscene. The other places cannot be accessed right now. Go thru that door all the way inside (do not go to the path to the right just yet) and you will come into a room with two slots for balls and a locked grill to the left and another one blocking the exit ahead. First go behind the ball which is on top to the right and climb the supports to get to it and push it down. Place it in one of the slots and fall down. Head to the next side using the ledges and you see that the ball is stuck in some Crystal growth. Go to the back of this area and you will see a couple of ledges leading up to a bomb. Use it on the growth and push the ball to the grate. Go back and get another bomb and throw it on the ball. Stand on the pressure plate in the center so that the gate opens and shoot the bomb to make the ball go out. Place the ball and this opens the main gate.
Before you go thru the gate, look at the BOATMAN's COIN which is on the arch above the grate which blocked the path to the second ball. jump up there to get it. Go thru the door and you will come up to another bomb and a growth. Blast the growth and pull the lever. Jump into the water to the right and swim till you are blocked and jump up to the left. You will come to the first door you used to get into this area from the outside. Now head back and take the path to the right.
Lost and Found Part II
Go in all the way and you get to fight a few things here – one of them being a large spider like thing. After you kill it, look to the right of the chest to find the JOURNEYMAN HELM which you were asked to find by Karn.
Go outside and you will see the water fall in. You will also see a new path shown in the cutscene. Jump into the water and dive and go thru the tunnel below and you will find another BOATMAN's COIN. Use the ledges to go up all the way and you will fight a few monsters on your way. Go thru the door after you kill the stalker and you come to a locked gate soon. Facing the gate, turn back and walk for a bit and jump into the first lane to the left (which your Crow should be sitting near). Go all the way to the end where you find ledges. Climb to the top most ledge and run on the wall to the right and jump into the area past the rubble to collect the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 7.
Go thru the opening in the wall which is below the ledges and you find the key to the locked door. Take it back to the door and go thru and you will come to another large chamber with more balls to play with.
Go to the left where you find the ledges leading up to a bomb. Use it on the growth and go down to the ball. To push the ball, hit MMB while holding it and Death throws it like a softball. Push the ball into the slot to bring down the platform. You can go to the right side area for a chest. Anyway, get another bomb and put it on the ball. Stand on the lowered platform and shoot the ball and the platform raises. You will soon come to a hive. Destroy it and keep going to get to the lever. The gate does not come up even if you push the lever, go near the gate and shoot the bombs on top of it and pull the lever to open the gate. Swim thru the water to get to the other side and in the end, climb up. The door nearby is locked. Go to the middle of this path where the water is going to the left thru a large opening (this is the place where you found the book of dead earlier).
Swim there and dive into the water and go thru the hole to the next chamber – this is where the chest with the key was earlier. Go up the ledges and you will come to a lever. use it to open the locked door and go outside.
Now, there's only the center door remaining. Go thru it, jump into the water and cross to the other side. Go thru the door and you will come into an opening with a weird growth of plants and a weird ball in the middle of the room. Hold the ball and use MMB to ram it into the plant growth and you wake up the Karkinos.
This is probably the easiest boss. Karkinos tries to ram you, dodge and it hits the wall and one more ball drops down. Run to the ball and use it to ram into the beast. When this happens, Karkinos flips showing the belly. First kill the smaller creature which woke up from the ball and the get to slashing Karkinos. If you have a good secondary then use it with combos. Keep repeating and after the health is down to half, maintain your distance for a while since it goes berserk but calms down again. This time, it can shoot roots thru the ground which hurt you. When it is about to shoot the roots, stand close to a wall and dodge when the roots come near you so that it hits the wall and misses you. Keep repeating the strategy and kill it. Go thru the opened door and pull the lever to start flowing the Tears of the Mountain.
To Move a Mountain
Objective: Find the Lost Temple

Head towards the lost temple and you will need to go thru the Nook first. Head into the door, you can see a Construct here, go near it and hit E to activate it. Hit E to climb on the construct and move it into the slot in the ground. Aim with Q and shoot a chain with MMB and then hit E again to climb on the chain and go into the next area thru the door. Fight off the monsters and move ahead to take a bomb. Throw it on the growth and head up the ledge, use the beams to get to the next area and go down the stairs there. You will come into another open area with a hive to the left. Kill it so that you can look around in peace. Head in thru the left side door which is open (the one to the right of the stinger hive). In the next area, use the lever to open the grate and go down the steps. Run on the wall and you will come into the core of magma. You will also spot and humungous lava bird flying around. This is one of the creatures which Thane asked us to kill but we cannot reach it for now and for a long time from now, you will need to come back here later so remember this area to kill BHEITHIR.
Just go thru the next door to the left and pull the lever. Go to the next place and you should be able to see a STONE OF MYSTICS 4 which is on top – you may need to climb onto one of the platforms so do that later. Now, climb onto the ledge nearby and jump onto the middle beam and jump up to the beams above. Jump onto the last beam and wait till it comes down – you can see that the grate to the left goes in and the ball rolls down. Hit E to fall to the beam below and wait for the ball to come out fully. First use the lever to bring down the platform and take the ball up. Thrash the ball onto the next platform ahead and jump down. Use the supports to the left of that platform to get on top and use the lever. When the ball comes up, put it in the slot and go thru the door. In the next area, go left onto the stairs and continue from there using the ledge to get out of this place and to the path leading to the Lost Temple.
Objective: Awaken the Construct

Before you go in, talk to Karn and he will give you the last of the Lost and Found Mission. Head inside the temple and use the stairs to get on top and go thru the door. You'll come to a Construct, activate it and use it to smash the growth ahead. Take the construct to the slot ahead and put it in so that the door ahead is opened. You'll come into a large area and you need to fight multiple enemies, use your gun to shoot down the Carven Stones flying around. You also see a locked door. Use the supports on the wall nearby and get on the other side of the growth and keep going till you come out into the open. Jump into the water for a BOATMAN's COIN. Get on land and use the supports to get to the construct. Now, hit Q to aim and MMB to hit the growth which is on the other side far away. This will show you a lever. Use the supports to the left to get back there and the lever to raise a platform. Get back to the construct and ride it to the other side and keep going and destroy all the growth on your way and get back to the central chamber.
First, go to the growth which is to the left of the chamber and destroy it, continue ahead and look down, you should see the STONE OF MYSTICS 5.
Use the chain of the Construct to latch to the other side and go there. Shoot the bombs which are on the growth holding the shadow ball to break it free. Roll the ball to the slot to open the grate and open the chest get the Key. Go back to the locked door and look at the lever to the right. Get to that lever and use it to make the grates blocking the path go away and take the construct thru there. You can pick up the map of this dungeon if you use the construct to go to the right. Take the construct to the slot ahead and this opens the grate to the next area. This place has about 4-5 Carven stones and they come at you one after the other. Take all of them out and go thru the door. You will come to two more doors, the one ahead is blocked, go thru the left door now. Run on the parallel walls and jump from one to the other to get to the other side. There's a BOATMAN's COIN here.
Go near the waterfall and run on the walls to get to the top. You can find another BOATMAN's COIN behind a tree here.
Lost and Found III
Here below the structure in the room –
You can pick up the Journeyman Compass which ends all of the lost and found mission. You can give it to Karn when you get back to Tri-Stone.
Go thru the door to the right and activate the construct. Move in on top of the platform and use the supports to get on top, you will find another Construct here. Move it to the slot which will bring up the platform having the first Construct. Place a Construct in the slot to open the grates to the left and move another one into the path and place it in the slot which comes in the end – you will also see something behind some grates to the left but you can come here in a little bit. Once you have the construct in the slot, hit the growth far ahead and latch the chain into the hole. Go back to the Construct you used to open the grate and take it ahead to open the door which is to the right of the room. Jump on the wood beam and then on the chain of the construct and walk on the chain back to the place where you saw the grate earlier. Now, it is open and you will find BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 8 here. Go back on the chain and jump over to the other side and go thru the door.
Once you are out, battle your way to the edge and use the various ledges to run on the wall and go to a platform all the way to the other side. As soon as you land on the platform, you will be attack by multiple monsters. Kill them and go thru the door. You will find supports on the wall nearby. Use them to get to the top and then use the wood beams to jump into the small room to the left to get the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 9. Shoot the bomb here near the growth to get the shadow ball to fall down. Place it in the slot to open the door and go thru. You will come into a room where you have to fight two Corrupted Constructs at once. This can get really ugly if you are not careful – dodge frequently and use your wrath powers and Reaper mode if you can. After you kill them, go thru the door and you will come out. Keep going and go up the stairs on the other end to get to the final area.
BOSS: Construct Hulk
This can get a little hairy too. The Hulk does not charge at you or try to hit you directly. Instead, it pounds the ground and sends a shock wave at you, keep dodging to miss the shock waves. The waves also make some bombs to fall down. One shock and the bombs fall and they explode when the Hulk makes the next shock. So you need to be quick and stay where you see the bombs. Take a bomb and throw it on the Hulk, shoot it and this makes the Hult to go down and expose it's life force – which is a black ball. This comes out of the Hulk, go to it and use some combos with your secondary weapon to get the health down. You need to keep doing this till the Hulk dies. You can also go a try to directly hit the hulk with your attacks but that is dangerous. After you kill the Hulk get on top and you will come to the Giant Construct which is going to help you soon (You will get out of this place once you awaken the giant, but if you want, you can come back since after the giant moves, a hole in the wall shows which leads to a treasure chest). Go back and speak to Eidard to get things going.

Objective: Enter the Foundry
Go all the way to the door of the foundry after you speak to the guardian and go right to the door to find a BOATMAN's COIN. Enter the door and keep going to get inside, you will come to a circular platform. Go to the left (ignore the path to the left) and to the end. Wait for Karn to come – this mission is special in the sense that Karn will help you move around a bit. When he is near the edge, hit E to make him throw you to the next area.
Use the supports to get on top and wait for one of the cauldrons. When it's ahead, jump on it and turn all the way to the right and jump right when you see the platform. Go to the next place by running on the wall and you get into a small fight. In the end of this area is a lever which opens the blocked door. Go thru the door and you come out to a locked door ahead and growth to the right of the door. You will also see a beam on the wall to the right of the locked door which you and jump on and wait for the door nearby to open. Wait for Karn to come below the door and hold it for you, jump down and go thru the gap. You will now come to the main area where the huge Guardian resides.
Ojective: Find the three Heart stones
From where you came in, go left and into the path and come out the other side. You will come into a room, go to the left of the room where you see a broken part of the wall showing the other side and wait for Karn. Use him to throw you up to the other side.
Jump into the water and dive in, you find a BOATMAN's Coin here. Swim to the other side and use the ledges to get up and you come to a shadow ball. Keep going ahead anyway and jump into the water below and come out the other way – there are two places you can go to one has a chest and the other has a pressure plate which opens the gate so that you can take the shadow ball outside. Push the ball into the slot on the other side of the room (on top of the slope) and the construct which you saw below the water comes up. get on the construct and take out all the enemies. Take the construct back to the room with the locked door from earlier and go to the lane opposite to the door where you find slot for the construct. Shoot the chain in the hole ahead and go to the other side, use the veins and the pillars to get to the door which comes to the right.
Go in and run on the wall, use the ledge and go thru the door. In the next area, you get into a small fight after which the next door opens. Go in and you come to a chest which has the key to the locked door. Jump below onto the chain of the construct and get back to the locked door and go thru it.
Go up the stairs and keep going and you will come to a hook above you, but also look below and you will see another hook on the
wall ahead of you –
Once you are on the other side, jump down facing the hook and grab it once you come down there and you get into the hole in the wall. Go around to find another hook above you on the wall, use it and you will come to the BOOK OF DEAD PAGE 10.
Keep going till you come outside to a purple glowing artifact. Beat it up and Death gains a new ability – DEATHGRIP. Go back to Karn and follow him to the next area. After the fight, grab the bomb to the right and throw it on the lever to the left and cross over to the door. In the next place, jump onto the beams to the left and pull the lever you find here. There's a beam on the wall behind this lever, climb it and jump and hit MMB to grab the hook and jump onto the vines. Keep going and pull the next lever too and go thru the door and you come to a large elevator. Pull the lever to take it to the top. Go thru the door and you come to the first stone. Walk to the left of the grates you see here and make Karn throw you. Use the beams and hook to get to the other side where you see Karn ahead, use the hook and he will toss you over to a much higher area. Traverse on the beams and go all the way down where you find a construct. Take it on the path to the right where you find a slot and a chain hook. Climb on the chain to get up and jump onto the ledges to get close to the Heartstone. Use your deathgrip then to get to the stone.
Go back to the elevator as Karn carries the stone and on the elevator you get into a large fight till you come up and outside where Karn places the first stone in its slot.
Once the cutscene is over, go to the hook which was shown and use Deathgrip to get to the other side. Go into the tunnel, once you come out, go to the left tunnel and you will come to a pressure plate which opens the doors. Karn will boost you over to the other side and you can use the hooks to jump over and keep going till you get to a Construct. Awaken it and place it in the slot to the right and shoot the chain. Climb onto the platform in the middle of this area on which you see a lever. Turn the lever to the other side and jump onto the left platform which rose up and run on the chain and jump left onto the next platform – all this before the platforms come back down. Use the veins and ledges and you come to a lever. Pull it to make bridges appear in the earlier area and take the construct back to where Karn is and go thru the corrupted growth and you will come out to the second stone. Take the construct to the right side ahead where you see corrupt growth and smash it with the chain. use Karn to toss you over there and open the chest to get a key to the locked door nearby.
Don't go thru the door yet. Fall into the water and switch to the wall ahead which has vines and go up and keep going. After another swim and wall gliding you will come to a lever. After you pull it, go back to where Karn is. Now you should have seen a lever here too. Take the construct and put it between the two smashers and pull the lever to smash the construct and you get a shadow ball. Take the ball thru the locked door and put it in the slot and use the parallel walls to get up to the Heartstone. Now, the large gate to the other side is locked so you need to jump left into the water and use the ledges to get back to the tunnels you used earlier. Go thru the left tunnel and the next one to get to a pressure plate which will open the large get so Karn can come thru. After he goes out get off the plate and the doors close again. You need to go thru the tunnels again to get back out to Karn and he puts up the second stone too.
Move ahead of the large Guardian and follow Karn to the next place where you see a Construct and Karn tosses you over some grates. Pull the lever on the other side to bring down the grates and bring the construct inside. Go in and smash off all the corrupted growth in this room and place the construct in the slot on the ground and use the supports on the wall to get to the Heartstone. After Karn takes it, the Construct you used get corrupted. Kill it and go out to the main thing.
Objective: Track down the Guardian
Talk to Karn and then go back outside the foundry (which will take a long time – hope you remember the way you came in – just follow the crow and hold Z to summon it and also, use the map to look around for a path). Once you are out of the foundry, continue to the main area of the Forge Lands where the path to the Tree of Life is blocked and you find the Guardian.
BOSS: THE GUARDIAN
He's not so tough!!! Run around on your horse and sprint when the Guardian smashes the ground – when he does smash the ground, aim at his had on which there are bombs and shoot them with the gun to make it explode. Now, go to the fallen arm and use your Deathgrip to get to the Heartstone and stat smashing it – after a few hits, the arm gets back to the guardian. Repeath this process till the Heartstone is dislodged from the arm. Now, the second part of the fight is related to very very large bombs. As soon as the guardian throws them, aim with your gun and shoot them till they start glowing and rise up in the air – this is when they explode. If the explosion gets the guardian, his right arm will fall down. You can see some ledges which lead to the Heartstone. Climb on the ledges to get to the stone and hit it. Repeat this till this one too comes off. Then Death goes into Reaper form and smashes the third stone himself.
After you take out the guardian, a nice cutscene follows.
Find and Kill Bheithir

Bhiethir is the bat lord of lava. You should have seen him while going through the Nook area earlier, if you don't remember, then just go into the Nook and when you come to the open place where you see a Stinger Hive, go to the right side of this area where you find stairs leading down. Run on the wall and you come to a room filled with lava and you see the monster flying around in it's domain.
Now that the finding part is over, the tougher half of the mission begins. You obviously need to get to the central platform using the Deathgrip and you can pick up a BOATMAN's COIN on your way to the top. Now, you are on a narrow but long platform and you need to know a few things before you begin – first, have five health and wrath potions. Then, use our best armor and if your Reaper meter is not full then go to Thane near the practice area and start hitting the wooden dummies till your Reaper meter gets full and then return. So, you have a reaper form for now and lots of wrath hopefully. Use talismans which generate Wrath – I used GRIM which the shaman gave me after I did her quest earlier. Know that if you fall off the bridge, you will get into reaper form and come back on it, Bheithir then flies around and comes back so just wait for it – don't go anywhere. You can actually use this to your advantage to escape one of Bhiethir's attacks so remember to jump off.
After the preparation part, now comes the real battle. This will be the toughest battle in the game till now and for some time too (till you get to the next unique monsters). I was on level 11 or 12 when I fought it so if you fight on a higher level you may get it easier. Also, I went to Vulgrim to respec (costs 1000 gilt) and I distributed all my skill points to upgrade the skill HARVEST as much as possible and the ones that come after harvest in the same tree – they improve Harvest. This is a very very important skill and will get you out of thick air many times in the game – one being the fight here right now. Bhiethir has three attacks and you cannot let it hit you by any of them – if you do get hit then you will lose a lot of health and so use the health potion – that is that. First, as you come onto the narrow bridge, run to the left end, Bhiethir usually lands to the right end. When it comes, it smashes in the ground and then spits out lava which covers half the bridge and then slides on the lava to headbutt you.
All this while, you need to be on the absolute other end to avoid all of these attacks. If at any time you are in the vicinity of any of the above attacks then immediately jump off the bridge, you will come back and Bhiethir comes back after flying around for a bit. After it does the above sequence, it slowly walks towards you to do talon strikes. When it's walking, you need to run close to it and hit tab to bring up the menu and use Harvest repeatedly till your Wrath drains. Then dodge roll past the beast from the left or right side of it's feet. And after you roll, keep going since it will do another slam and spit routine and if you are too close to it after rolling, it hits you with it's tail. You can also maybe strike it's tail once after rolling. You need to time all of this perfectly. So, keep using harvest and even the Reaper form once when it's walking. If you think this is too conservative then just try to hit it while it's walking but you will not be able to land more than one hit before you need to dodge it's talons. If you time the Harvest correctly then you will get away without being hit by the talons.
Eventually, the beast will fall, but you need to do a lot work for that to happen and you get Bheithir's Talons, which are a great set of scythes of lvl 15.
Spark of Life
Objective: Find and kill the Mad Construct
Talk to the Shaman and she tells you about a Construct she created and wants you to destroy it. Go to "The Scar" area which is on the right bottom of the map to the right of The Cauldron. Go up the ledges and use Deathgrip to jump to the other side and go inside the Scar. This is going to be another tough dungeon so better to have your potions ready. Go thru the door and you will immediately meet Ghorn the Mad Construct but he does not fight you yet, he puts you to a lower part of the dungeon. Go thru the hole in the wall nearby and down the stairs and then fall thru the hole in the ground in front of the destroyed door. As soon as you land, you come to a stinger hive. Kill it and move left and run on the wall and go to the hole in the wall. Keep going and you will see Ghorn again who tries to put you into more trouble. He somehow breaks the ground ahead revealing lava which keeps rising. You need to get to the top before the lava consumes you. So use the ledges on the wall and the hooks to go up all the way. On the final ledge, you need to go right to a lower ledge and use a support to get to the top. You may need a couple of tries too.
Go to the room to the left now and take the construct and move ahead and break the growth which is blocking another door, get back and put the construct in the hole below and latch the chain ahead, go to the end and use the hook to jump across to the left. use the next series of hooks, supports and ledges to get to the chest with a Key. Go back outside (the place you come up after out-running the lava) and thru the door straight ahead. Run on the wall to the right and look to the right of the platform which is being held in place by some growth. Run on the wall and you come to the locked door. You come to a hook, use it to jump on the platform and climb it's ledges to the top and jump to the next platform before this one goes down and keep going to get to the door on the other side of this area. After that, you get into a small fight and a big one to the right here. After the big fight where you need to kill a corrupted construct champion. Use the supports here which are on the wall to the right of the right cage grills. You come to a lever, pull it and go to the Construct and activate it.
Take it out and go right, break the growth and you come into a room of lava. Go to the left and place the construct on the slot and go ahead, use the supports on the wall and keep going till you get to a lever, turn it to open one of the doors to exit. Get back to the construct and go to the other side of the room, place it in the slot and shoot the chain. Move ahead on it and use the hook to the left in the end to get to the next lever. Then take the construct thru the now open doors and you come to a block. Get down and use the supports to get to the other side and you get into a massive fight now. It's really really big and you will need to use those potions. Use wrath powers when you are being surrounded, this place can really kill you. After you manage to destroy all of the things (save the reaper form for the last wave which has two Champion Corrupted Constructs with spiky balls. After the fight, the grills open and you can get your construct and take it out to where the growth is on the walls, blocking the bridge. Use the chain to break all the growths. Go across and place your thing in the slot and run on the chain to get to the door which leads to the Mad Construct.
Ghorn fights like any construct champion but a little bit faster and has weapons on both hands – still, you know how to fight a champion. One extra thing that Ghorn does is that he smashes the floor and lava comes up here and there – dodge to avoid the lava. After you get the health down to half, some smaller corrupted come at you. ignore Ghorn and kill then first and then get back to Ghorn. After you kill it, it drops some great loot. Get back to the Shaman to finish this.

Just travel to the tree and watch the cutscene to end this act.
NOTE: You can always come back to the Forge Lands using the portal. Use the portals to travel between worlds.
NOTE: Go back to THE FORGE in the Forge Lands and just as you enter the area, you will see large lava caouldrons being moved above you. One of these has a STONE OF RESISTANCE 1 attached to it. Shoot it to get your first Stone of Resistance.
