Ambitious Civilization Fanatics forum poster Maze has created a map pack that will look instantly familiar to World of Warcraft fans: it’s a recreation of the classic Azeroth world map, featuring the two continents of Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, with the Maelstrom in the middle.
The maps are pretty accurate and detailed. Areas like Dun Morogh and Winterspring are suitably snowy, while the Badlands and Desolace are, well, desolate. Even tiny islands such as the Echo Isles and Alcaz Island are represented.
There are two versions of the map available — one large and one small — both featuring random starting positions and resources.
