[Watch] Take a look at the first gameplay for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s final zombies map

Say goodbye to the OG crew.

Eight years ago, we were introduced to a hidden game mode in Call of Duty: World At War. The game mode in question was unlocked after players beat the campaign and featured 4 players trapped in a small building out in the woods as waves of the undead attempted to break in and kill the players. The game mode was a huge hit with fans and spawned over 20 zombie maps (over $300 worth of zombies!) across 4 games. Most of the maps follow the story of 4 characters (Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki and Edward Richtofen) and their journey to figure out what the hell is going on in this universe.

Of course, all good things must come to an end. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3's Salvation DLC will end the story of the beloved characters who have jumped through dimensions and periods of time. The final zombies map for Black Ops 3 will be titled Revelations and will supposedly have massive pay off for the players who have been following the crazy story for many years. Today, Activision released the first ever gameplay for the new map along with a small description of what to expect in the DLC. "Let’s tie up the loose ends, shall we?” At last, the Origins crew comes face-to-face with the mysterious Dr. Monty, and an ancient evil bent on destroying the fabric of their very dimension. It all comes down to this.
The Salvation DLC Pack includes four new multiplayer maps — Outlaw, Citadel, Rupture, and Micro. As well as Revelations, the thrilling climax of Treyarch's Origins Zombies saga, eight years in the making." You can view the gameplay for the new map below.

This doesn't mark the end for zombies though! Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will introduce a new group of characters in their zombies universe (which runs separate from Treyarch and Sledgerhammer's universes) which seems to take the wackiness to the next level.
