Rockstar has announced today that the Hunting and Trading Outfit packs for Red Dead Redemption will be released on both the 360 and PS3 on October 12.
Originally pre-order candidates from a GameStop fan vote, the Savvy Merchant and The Expert Hunter will include new challenges and unique threads which grant special abilities.
The Savvy Merchant outfit reduces certain shop items by half their original cost, while The Expert Hunter gear doubles the amount of skins/hides that may be collected from animal kills.
Both packs will be released completely free of charge.
