Patch 1.04 for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been released on Xbox One, and the rest of the world for PlayStation 4. Released last week for PC and PS4 (in the U.S. and Europe), the latest update has officially rolled out worldwide, bringing the latest round of changes and fixes.
Of course, the most noteworthy fix is the one that addresses the dreaded no XP glitch, but there's lots of other issues addressed as well.
