The King of Fighters XIII Steam Edition is now available for, well, Steam on PC… obviously!
The Steam Edition brings the great 2D fighting to PC with smooth online versus matches, a custome "graphics option" which allows you to adjust the game to your PC's settings, and all three of the console version's DLC characters — "NESTS-style Kyo, lori with the Power of Flames, and Mr. Karate. In total, there's 36 characters to play as.
