Telltale Games wants to put you in its upcoming The Walking Dead game

Telltale Games, developer of games like Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse and the recent Jurassic Park adaptation, is currently taking pre-orders for its upcoming release of The Walking Dead—based on the comic book series and accompanying television show of the same name. They're also giving fans a chance to have their likeness featured in the game as a cast member.

How does the contest work? When you pre-order the five-episode season of The Walking Dead for PC or Mac at a complimentary 10% discount, you'll be entered automatically. Participants will also receive an exclusive pass to the developer forums, where they can access insider information straight from the development team.

The team will choose one lucky winner to model in episode four as a human victim who will rise as an undead walker. As many as four other winners will be featured as actual zombies.

For $20 more, gamers can pre-order can then buy the "Almost Everything Pack," a special deal that includes eight full games normally valued at $89.99.

The first episode of The Walking Dead will be available for download in late April. The entire season is also scheduled for PSN and XBLA, where episodes will cost $4.99 or 400 MS Points a pop.
