Street Figher x Tekken “Vita Exclusive” characters are on-disc DLC for console version

Earlier today, character intros for teams that were previously announced as exclusives for the Sony Vita version of Street Fighter x Tekken were posted to Youtube. How is this possible, you ask? On disc-DLC. Nothing new from Capcom – meaning 12 more characters are on the disc just waiting for them to throw the switch. Though this hasn't been officially announced yet, there's very littlle doubt as the only discs that are floating around the community to be datamined are the console versions.
