Strategy
First announces its E3 line-up

O.R.B.,
Disciples II and Submarine Titans to be revealed

Montreal,
Quebec. April 25th, 2000

– Strategy First Inc., one of the fastest growing independent publishers of
PC CD-ROM games announced today its product line-up for this year’s E3 Expo
to be held May 11th – 13th, 2000 in Los Angeles, CA.
Strategy First will be showcasing three of its highly anticipated
titles, O.R.B., Disciples II: Dark Prophecy and Submarine Titans
in the Infogrames Booth #1324.

O.R.B.,
an acronym for Off World Resource Base,
is a 3D real-time space strategy game that pits the forces of two planets
against each other in an epic struggle for control of a vast solar system.
The Alyssians, a peaceful and enlightened people, have developed
advanced technology to manage their planet’s meager resources wisely.
Now they must mine the asteroid belt for resources to sustain their
world. Opposing them are the
Malus, a belligerent and authoritarian race, who have been exploiting the
asteroid belt for some time. Peaceful overtures have been rejected by the
Malus, and Alyssian mining platforms and workers have been brutally destroyed.
The stage has been set for an epic battle that will determine who will
control the Aldus system. While the two races play a deadly game of hide and
seek in the asteroid belt, they are unaware of a predatory alien menace that
threatens the entire solar system.

Disciples
II: Dark Prophecy

returns gamers to the magical realm of the Sacred Lands where four races –
the Empire, the Mountain Clans, the Legions of the Damned and the Undead
Hordes – continue their battle for the destiny of the Gods.
A decade after the First Great War, the final prophecy continues to
unfold. Deep within the crevices
of the Sacred Lands, the Chosen One has emerged, fated to bring salvation to
some and destruction to others. Braced
with renewed faith and newfound conviction, each race must once again take up
the sword for the sake of their people and the glory of their God.
The struggle to bring order to a tormented world continues with a new
and evolving story. With new graphics, supporting 800 x 600 16-bit resolution,
over 200 engaging characters will come to life in a majestic battle of sword
and sorcery. With enhanced
gameplay mechanics, improved AI, and an upgraded battle system, Disciples II: Dark Prophecy
promises to provide the answer to the ultimate question – Who
among them will survive

Submarine
Titans
,
a futuristic real-time strategy game, dares to go where no RTS has gone before
– plunging players deep into an immense and spellbinding underwater world,
where three future civilizations are locked in a battle for supremacy. In the year 2047, the Clark Comet strikes the earth’s
surface with such astounding force that life, as we know it, is virtually
wiped out. Taking to subterranean
vaults and makeshift undersea installations, several thousand humans escape
the blight of the comet and the ensuing ravages of a weather system that reaps
havoc on land. Over the next
century, humankind slowly adapts to their oceanic habitat and evolves into two
rival civilizations: the White Sharks – who hunger for dominance over the
underwater universe; and the technologically advanced and environmentally
protective Black Octopi, who will go to any extremes necessary to remain in
balance with the Earth. As the
Sharks and Octopi gather resources and build their forces to prepare for an
inevitable clash, an alien race uncoils itself from within the resource-laden
crater deep on the ocean floor. In
the year 2115, all three races erupt in an epic struggle that seems destined
to destroy man’s final bid for survival.

Distributed
worldwide by Infogrames/GT Interactive, Strategy First’s products will be
presented in the Infogrames
Booth near the main entrance.
