Game Based On Universal Pictures’
Upcoming Epic Adventure Makes Its Way To Wii, PlayStation 2 system and DS

Sierra Entertainment, a division of
Vivendi Games, today announced that The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor™ video
game, based on Universal Pictures’ upcoming epic adventure directed by Rob
Cohen—set to hit theatres August 1—has shipped to retailers across North
America. Developed by Eurocom Studios for Wii™ and PlayStation®2 computer
entertainment system, and by A2M for Nintendo DS™, the video game mirrors the
fast-paced action and adventure found in the latest chapter in the hit Mummy
series.

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon
Emperor™ game was created through a licensing agreement with Universal Pictures
Digital Platforms Group.

In The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon
Emperor™, a third-person action-adventure video game, players will take on the
heroic roles of Rick O’Connell and his son, Alex (played by Brendan Fraser and
Luke Ford, respectively, in the film). Gamers will follow the explorers on their
harrowing journey—across exotic locations from the catacombs of ancient China to
spectacular Himalayan peaks—to defeat the vicious Dragon Emperor (Jet Li) and
his reawakened terracotta servants.

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon
Emperor™ allows players to switch seamlessly between gunplay and hand-to-hand
melee attacks. It also features a fast and fluid combat system and an extensive
arsenal of weaponry that can be used to vanquish the many bone-chilling enemies
players will face during their journey. Fans of the film will fight their way
through the Mummy universe by utilizing combat, puzzle-solving and hieroglyphic
decoding gameplay elements throughout.

"The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon
Emperor™ video game is inspired by the re-invention of one of the most
successful and recognized film franchises to date," said Al Simone, senior vice
president, global marketing, Sierra Entertainment. "This intense adventure
captures the humor and fast-paced action of the film and extends the cinematic
action to the small screen."

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon
Emperor™ is rated T for "Teen" and is available on the Wii for the suggested
retail price of $49.99, PlayStation®2 system for $39.99 and Nintendo DS for
$29.99. For more information, please visit the game’s official Web site at
