Pokemon Go players on iOS will be getting battery saver mode back soon

A game is never finished when it releases these days, and this is something we should always come to expect. Pokemon GO has exploded to become, far and away, the most popular mobile game of the summer, it has also experienced (and caused) its fair share of issues. One of the changes Niantic has made to the game was to remove the game's battery saver mode after users had reported that it was buggy. Apparently, that did not resonate universally with fans, and the company has stated on their official Facebook page that they will be putting it back in.

It's important to note that Niantic did not remove the battery saver mode because they thought that would be a better design choice (that would be stupid), as many (MANY) of their complaints likely alleged. It was simply a matter of taking out the feature while they worked to get it functioning properly (a common practice). Regardless, it will only be a matter of days till Pokemon GO is no longer burning your battery if you are an iOS user.
