When Microsoft unveiled the slim Xbox 360 back at E3 2010, many were thrilled, but there was also many upset that they were moving away from the matte style to the glossy style that are on shelves today. Microsoft announced recently that they are working on a matte Xbox 360 slim to be released sometime in the future (yet to be known if it will be later in 2011 or early 2012).
Today new details have been released on the matte slim. The console will feature the now standard 250GB hard-drive. This will come as great news to those who loved the the matte style but hated the small hard-drive space. Microsoft also added that there will not be a matte Kinect.
