New Screens Released for One Piece: Pirates

NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. has released new
screens for One Piece: Pirates’ Carnival. Join Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates
on several minigame adventures fit for landlubbers and seafarers alike.
Available exclusively on the PlayStation(R) 2 computer entertainment system and
Nintendo GameCube(TM), “One Piece: Pirates’ Carnival” is slated to ship this
spring.

Conquer the great seas in a brand new party game
based on the tremendously popular One Piece graphic novels in Shonen Jump
published by Viz Media and TV series of the same name airing on 4KidsTV and
Cartoon Network. “One Piece: Pirates Carnival” launches prospective captains
into three available modes on board maps taken from familiar areas of the One
Piece world. Guide seven playable characters from the One Piece cast through
several challenging games that include bomb battles, treasure salvage and boat
races. With over 30 mini-games to discover, up to four players can compete to
capture territory tiles, build their crew and become the top pirate of the seas.
