The Powerpuff Girls video game, Paint the Townsville Green for Game Boy Color,
shipped to retailers in North America. The title is the second in a series of
three games based on The Powerpuff Girls, Cartoon Network’s top-rated TV
series reaching more than 67 million U.S. households and 145 million homes
worldwide.

 

Each
game highlights one of The Powerpuff Girls and her unique personality. Paint
the Townsville Green spotlights Buttercup, the tough brunette, as she and her
sisters fight to save the city of Townsville. Players can join Buttercup in a
series of adventures as she dodges obstacles, rescues citizens, collects
power-ups and combats such evil scoundrels as Fuzzy Lumpkins and the notorious
Gangreen Gang.
