New Game Museum Opens in Berlin

With funding from Ralph Baer, creator of the Magnavox Odyssey, the Computerspielemuseum has opened in Berlin. The museum features thousands of games across over 300 different exhibits. The effort is the brainchild of Andreas Lange, a former German game rater. I know where I’m going on my first european vacation.

Video games became an amazing, artful, interactive story-driven medium for me right around when I played Panzer Dragoon Saga on Sega Saturn.
