There's been quite a bit of chatter over Harley Quinn getting a spin-off movie after Suicide Squad. It was detailed that a film starring 'several' of Dc's female heroes and villains was in the works, but it appears as though we might be getting an entirely separate Harley Quinn film as well.
According to Margot Robbie, the actress behind Harley Quinn who is attached to the Gotham City Sirens as Harley Quinn and as a producer specified that she's working on a separate project and it's definitely not Gotham City Sirens or a Joker/Harley movie.
"Yeah, I've been working on it for two years now," she said in an interview with MTV. "It's hard to kind of talk about it, because all the stuff is kind of under lock and key. But I've been working on a separate spinoff Harley thing for a while now."

Robbie went on to say that many people would like to see Harley on screen, but no one knows how to do it. Because of that, they are working on more than one project and seeing what comes of it. Robbie prefers to see Quinn in a film along with other female heroes/villains.
In addition to this, there's an animated adult action-comedy Harley Quinn in the works.
