MAJESCO SHIPS ‘ULTRA BUST-A-MOVE’ FOR XBOX

New Game Now Features Online Play
Via Xbox® Live

EDISON, NJ, November 4, 2004 –
Majesco (OTCBB: MJSH), a provider of diversified offerings and content for
digital entertainment platforms, today announced it has shipped Ultra
Bust-A-Move for the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft. The bubble-bursting
video game features five new puzzle types, hundreds of puzzles, full Xbox™ Live
support and a suggested retail price of $19.99.

“With addictive game play at its
core, Ultra-Bust-A-Move is the latest installment of a classic franchise with an
established worldwide audience,” said Ken Gold, vice president of Marketing for
Majesco. “By combining online play via Xbox Live with an attractive $19.99
price, we believe Ultra-Bust-A-Move is a great addition to any Xbox owner’s
library.”

In Ultra Bust-A-Move, players launch
randomly colored balls from the bottom of the field in an attempt to attach them
to bubbles of the same color. Once three bubbles of the same color are touching,
they pop, causing all connected bubbles to drop. Players keep going until all
the bubbles are gone.

With 12 different characters, each
with their own strategies, Ultra Bust-A-Move offers hundreds of demanding game
boards with colorful, graffiti-art graphics and five new challenging puzzle
types including:

  • See-Saw Puzzle – bubbles fired
    will teeter the game board; don’t tip it over;

  • Blind Puzzle – players fire
    bubbles into a colorless field of bubbles revealing random patterns;

  • Count Puzzle – score-based puzzle
    where only ‘dropped’ bubbles count towards player score.

Additionally, Xbox Live features
such as Friends List, Voice and Xbox Live Aware will be supported. Players can
also compete to be the top player through Ultra Bust-A-Move’s Xbox Live Ranking
system.

Developed by Taito, Ultra
Bust-A-Move is currently available nationwide for a suggested retail price of
$19.99
