Crystal Dynamics’ Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is getting a major update on Xbox LIVE Arcade on Wednesday, October 27 and, finally, players will be able to raid tombs and blast bad guys together online in a fully functional co-op mode.
As a thank you to patient Xbox gamers, Crystal Dynamics is also giving away the game’s first DLC pack for free — but only for a limited time. Titled “All the Trappings”, the new downloadable content will be available free of charge for 30 days. The pack features brand new areas filled with more puzzles, more exploration and more combat.
The company says the co-op and DLC update for PlayStation3 and PC is “coming soon.”
