After weeks of teasing Supercell finally unleashed the Winter Update on Clash of Clans yesterday. The update itself brought a ton of things like a new layout editor, combat balancing, an overhaul to the economy and apparently a couple of glitches and/or issues.
Supercell has set up of a forum specifically for you to list out any issues that you come across. While players or populating the forum with issues, the developers are looking into the issues listed.
There are a couple issues they already know about:

Upgrading Dark Elixir barracks from level 5 to 6: it shows that you will unlock Lava Hound, Witch, Hogrider and Minion (these last troops are already unlocked, only Lava Hound is correct)

List of troops for donation: level is not displayed

List of troops for donation: still shows Goblin before Giant

Old loading screen tip "Dark Elixir drill can only be unlocked at Town Hall 8"

When players write in the chat, under certain circumstances it will display their actual username instead of "You" (personal view only)

iOS sound notification for Clash of Clans missing

Level 4 Crossbow occasionally appear ground oriented, but shoot air troops.
The problems listed are set to be fixed in the next update for the game.
