Her Interactive Unveils New Website Design For Nancy Drew Game

March 18, 2009

Website Adds New Content
Offerings & Free Mini-Games to Robust Community

Her Interactive, Inc., the designer,
developer and distributor of the award-winning Nancy Drew® PC game series, today
announced a redesign of their popular website HerInteractive.com. The renovation
comes in response to high consumer demand as well as the implementation of
several new initiatives that proved extremely successful in 2008, particularly
the launch of its new casual games series, Nancy Drew Dossier™, and the
company’s expansion onto popular console platforms such as the Wii™ and Nintendo

“2008 saw significant growth for Her
Interactive in terms of content, platform support and distribution, and
reflecting that expansion through our online presence was a priority for us,”
said Megan Gaiser, President and CEO of Her Interactive. “Ultimately, it’s about
giving our fans – who have been tremendously supportive – an extraordinary
online experience that they’ll want to come back to often.”

Sporting a new look and design that
makes navigation a snap, the site still features an easy-to-use e-commerce
system, as well as updated content offerings. While fans of the Nancy Drew PC
games could always purchase games from the site, a new series of casual
downloadable games, Nancy Drew Dossier, proved so popular that a redesign was
necessary to support its growth and introduce new fans to the entire lineup of
games. To further interact with their ardent and growing fan base, Her
Interactive uploaded its free mini-games and demos so visitors can access all of
them in a single online location, as well as linked in their popular “Dare to
Play” blog and Her Interactive Twitter account.

The site now engages fans through a
variety of ways, including its extremely active forums, free mini-games, ongoing
polls and contests, and ongoing company blog and Twitter updates.
