I bet you were one of those people who just couldn’t wait for the super limited release of Halo: Reach Legendary Edition. You needed that flaming helmet DLC, cleared those useless family photos off your shelf to make room for the awesome McFarlane Toys’ Halo statue. And you thought “well this big ticket purchase sure does prove my dedication to the Halo brand. I am a unique and accomplished individual.”
Well, sorry bucko, because now us cheapskates get to pick up the Legendary Edition for just $50, an incredible discount considering the original asking price was $150 goddamn dollars. Soon us poor kids will be running around the Halo maps, teabagging people with our heads on fire, and your little DLC won’t seem all that special anymore, will it? That’s what you get for trying to define yourself through the purchase of consumer goods! You get teabagged!
Seriously though, a great price for a great game, and considering the flaming helmet DLC often sells on eBay for like $30, this could be an even better savings if flaming teabags aren’t your thing.
