Gears of War: Judgment adds new free-for-all multiplayer mode

Gears of War: Judgment, the latest installment of Epic Games' popular third-person shooter franchise, will add a new free-for-all multiplayer mode. It's the first time Gears of War will have anything other than a team-based multiplayer mode online.

The report comes from OXM which promises all of the details will be revealed in its upcoming issue. In the meantime, it has published the exclusive first screenshot of the free-for-all mode.

Epic Games and developer People Can Fly have been change things up with the franchise. At E3 we got a look at another new multiplayer mode, OverRun, which combines Beast and Horde mode to create a different type of team-based match.

Last month it was confirmed that Gears of War: Judgment will release on March 19, 2013.
