announced that "DEXTER The Game", the long awaited app for iPhone and iPod
Touch, is out now on the App Store. The game, based on Season One of the Emmy
and Golden Globe winning SHOWTIME television series “DEXTER”, is available for
$5.99.

The Game is one of the most ambitious titles yet for Apple’s platforms. You play
as Dexter Morgan, a serial killer who must maintain his average-guy faade.
During the day he is a blood spatter analyst for the Miami Metro Police
Department, but at night he unleashes his own brand of justice on criminals who
deserve to die. In fully realized 3D environments, you will control Dexter,
analyzing crime scenes, uncovering evidence and using stealth tactics to stalk
your prey. The outcome of every choice and action revolves around the Code of
Harry: only kill the guilty, maintain the “mask”, and above all, don’t get
caught!

DEXTER The Game has some of the most
impressive graphics seen on the iPhone / iPod Touch. It has been developed to
take advantage of signature features such as the touch screen, accelerometer and
recent iPhone 3.0 additions. Play Dexter the way you want – choose from multiple
control modes: tilt to move, dual “thumbsticks”, single “thumbstick”, and
multi-touch. The game is voiced by the star of the show himself, Michael C. Hall
and has an original storyline by award winning Dexter script writer Tim
Schlattmann.
