Developer Build of Gears of War 3 Leaked

It’s no secret that Gears of War 3 is one of the most anticipated games on any console right now. Unfortunately, some gamers may want to be warned that a fairly recent build of the game has been leaked to the internet. What does this entail? Spoilers galore for a game that a lot of people would rather wait to play.

Now I know the Gears universe isn’t known for its deeply captivating plot. I also understand that spoilers can be a total pain. And with a series as critically acclaimed as Gears of War, spoilers are a definite pain in the ass.

Reports have shown that the leaked build of Gears of War 3 is the developer copy of the game, which can be played on specially modded Xbox 360 consoles and dev kits. Included in the build is the full single-player campaign, as well as all of the multiplayer modes expected to be in the final version. From what I’ve read after scouring some forums, the build is buggy but works.

If you’ve been looking forward to playing Gears of War 3 for a while, I would suggest staying away from any related YouTube footage. Forums everywhere are bound to be rife with spoilers, and a handful already are. Die-hard Gears fans, you have been warned.
