Check out the new design for Red Bird in Angry Birds Space

The Red Bird was the first playable member of the feathered flock in the original Angry Birds, and now he's back with a vengeance—and a new look.

For the upcoming game, Rovio Mobile has made changes and additions such as entirely new birds (six in all) and redesigns of past contenders, like the classic Red Bird. Previously the developer showed off Lazer, another one of the birds fighting against the pigs in outer space.

Angry Birds Space is coming to Mac, PC, iOS, and Android next Thursday, March 22. What do you think of the new, space-ready birds?
