Announces its Portfolio for 2004

The release of Science Fiction
shooter BREED in February kicks off 2004. With twenty-two different vehicles and
a huge array of weaponry at their disposal gamers can join the fight against the
alien invaders in either single or multiplayer mode.

The second quarter of 2004 offers a
special treat for all strategy fans: Codename Panzers will set new benchmarks in
RTS gaming. The title also boasts a brand-new 3D engine guaranteeing fantastic
graphics.

The third big release lets gamers
fight with weapons of quite a different kind – female wiles. The Erotic-Action
Adventure Lula 3D promises a heady cocktail of sauciness, action and testing
puzzles. Fans of wargame strategy can look forward to an action-packed add-on to
the successful Blitzkrieg, to be launched in the second quarter of 2004.

More non-stop action comes courtesy
of an add-on to BREED which is set to be launched in the third quarter of 2004.
And this is the title many strategy fans have been waiting for: Cossacks II –
the long-awaited sequel to the hugely successful Cossacks which sold over a
million copies – will be released in the third quarter of 2004.

Straightforward Xbox Action is on
the menu for the third quarter when Vultures releases. The brutal combat which
takes place in the arena allows gamers to compete for survival at the pleasure
of the bloodthirsty crowds. The fantastic graphics; amazing light effects and
the technical prowess of Vultures have already wowed the specialist press.
Vultures is due for release in Europe Qtr 4 2004.

Two add-ons complete the last
quarter: Blitzkrieg (2. add-on) and Codename Panzers expansions will hit the
shelves before Christmas 2004.

Looking forward 2005 already
promises one huge top title: Blitzkrieg II is set to release in the first
quarter of 2005. The technology will be completely overhauled, giving Blitzkrieg
a brand new engine and presenting the game in 3D.

Dirk Weber, Development Director
explains "After personnel and organizational changes within the company in 2003,
the product portfolio for 2004 has been adapted to our new business strategy. We
will be focusing primarily on our top titles like Breed, Panzers, Blitzkrieg and
Cossacks, and CDV will be expanding on these titles in the next few years into
our central product lines.
