If you’re one of those gamers who’s been eagerly anticipating any news regarding a North American release of Catherine, the sexy horror action-adventure title from Atlus, then you’ll be glad to know that the game will be releasing for western audiences to enjoy within a few months. In a recent Twitter update, Atlus stated, “Cat’s out of the bag: Atlus to bring Catherine to North America in Summer 2011!”
This certainly spells out good news for fans of the Persona series and gamers who have been wondering when and if Catherine would see a release in North America. Though an exact release date wasn’t given, at least we have a general idea of when to expect the game. Atlus has updated the game’s site with an English language trailer as well as links to pre-order the game at online retailers such as Amazon.
Things are definitely going to get hot this summer when Catherine launches for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
