The second installment in the Call of Duty series is officially heading to the Xbox One today, after 11 years of being available for the Xbox 360. In Call of Duty 2, players take on the roles of several Allies during World War 2 during the single-player campaign (which is twenty-seven missions long) or take on various opponents in online multiplayer.
Call of Duty 2's online multiplayer features Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Search & Destroy, Capture the Flag and Headquarters, game types that most Call of Duty players will find familiar.

However, the reaction to the announcement was answered by a few "yays" and questions on why it wasn't some other Call of Duty game.
