I don't really care about Battlefield 3. And as far as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is concerned, well, I think that entire series is a horrible piece of hideous garbage and I want no part of it. Battle Duty: Modern Field 3, however, is a completely different story.
Before I go on, I should point out that this game has been available since December 9. Still, when I found out that Battle Duty: Modern Field 3 was a thing (courtesy of Destructoid), I couldn't hold back. I simply felt compelled to discuss this game here with you lovely GameZone readers.
The first thing you need to know about this game, which is currently available on the iTunes App Store, is that it only costs a buck. You should also know that it's totally trolling both Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3. I mean, given the troll face on the title screen, that should pretty much be a given, right?
So how exactly do you play Battle Duty: Modern Field 3? Well, you just tap soldiers to shoot them. That's it. Personally, I don't see much of a difference from Modern Warfare 3. I mean, you're doing the same thing over and over again, so I see how it draws inspiration from that series. (Am I being serious, or am I just messing with you guys?)
