Well if this is a multiple offense type of thing and he didn't take any of the warning sings from it, it's his own damn fault. Warnings always come before perma bans and I'll bet money the idiot thought "well I'm a pro player so they won't ban me" or something along those lines. If you get warned, then you should probably stop. If you've been warned multiple times and you keep doing it, you deserve the repercussions.
