Mike Splechta commented on Take-Two CEO's response to GTA 5's prostitutes is perfect:
While you do have a somewhat valid point, the two games are completely different in tone and in mission. One is an open world with choices and consequences based on those choices. You can choose to play the game any way you want, ignoring hookers, or hell, not ignoring them but certainly not killing them. Ultimately, it's up to the player how they want to experience the game. The other is a game that seemingly has one goal in mind, and that goal is to arm you to the teeth with weaponry and use it against innocent civilians, killing them in the grizzliest manner as they beg for their life. Sure we might now know the whole story behind Hatred, but that doesn't seem like the kind of game I can opt to not kill innocents. That's the main distinction behind these two games.

Yeah this was reviewed on the PS4. Actually the game you're thinking about is Assassin's Creed Unity. To my knowledge, Far Cry 4 runs at 1080p on both current-gen consoles, but I myself didn't play it on the Xbox One
