I really can't help but agree with this. I loved the isolation of the first two. Adding a 2nd character/player just seems like it will make all those terrifying moments seem a bit more tame. But who am I to say, I'll just have to play it to experience it. After all, playing with someone is optional. I just hate that there is extra content that you miss out on when you don't play with someone.
