Oh wow, brutal. I wonder if anyone's calculated gross revenue saved vs. goodwill burned through always-on DRM. D3 certainly made out OK, but I don't see EA/Origin getting their act together, or being able to rely on customer loyalty NEARLY as much as Blizz.
