For us journalists, E3 is a bittersweet event, filled with sleepless nights, early mornings, and tons of walking through the hallowed halls of the LA Convention Center. Fortunately, we get to look at some truly awesome games. So this year’s E3 has come and gone, and hot on the heels of my previous Top 10 anticipated games for the show, I take a look at the Top 10 games that really dazzled me at this year’s event:

 

God of War 3
Kratos’s third adventure will also be his prettiest, that is, if you can consider disemboweling a centaur “pretty”.
Mass Effect 2
Shepard’s upcoming adventure will undoubtedly be worth an investment for fans of the original, offering some fantastic story elements and an action-packed new combat system.
Demon's Souls
Atlus’s upcoming action RPG offers an open world to explore and challenging hardcore gameplay that will keep you busy for a long time.
