Top 10 Third-Party Wii Exclusives
The common myth concerning the Wii is that the platform doesn't offer compelling games outside of Nintendo's tried-and-true franchises. However, for those who look for them, there are a variety of solid games on the platform that don't involve plumbers or Hyrulean swordsmen. Here's a look at some of my favorite third-party Wii exclusives:

 

Deadly Creatures
This action title puts you in control of some pretty nasty creatures (a tarantula and a scorpion), but offers some great looking graphics and compelling gameplay.
MADWORLD
A stylized, ultra-violent affair, MadWorld is a devilishly fun actioner.
The House of the Dead: OVERKILL
A grindhouse-inspired take on the long-running shooter franchise, House of the Dead: Overkill is the best game to hit the series in years.
