Pokken Tournament Review

I wanna be, the very best

For two decades now, Pokemon fans were battling it out with their trusty companions turn-based style, whether we're talking the core Pokemon games, the Colloseum titles, or heck, even the card game. As far as real-time Pokemon combat goes, the only thing close to that experience was picking one of the Pokemon in any of the Super Smash Bros. series, and duking it out there.

Now, Pokken Tournament delivers just that, in a unique fighting game that pits Pokemon against one another, in a one-on-one duel with a constantly shifting viewpoint, and recognizable movesets that will have fans of Pokemon jumping for joy.

But is Pokken Tournament worth the investment if you're just a casual Pokemon fan, and furthermore, does this fighting game bring enough technical gameplay to the table, to satisfy the more hardcore fans of that genre. Let's check it out.
