NewsPS Vita Firmware Update 1.51 Now Available
New update addresses PS Vita freezing.
It's been 10 days since the release of Sony's PlayStation Vita in Japan, which saw the launch of the portable system coincide with a firmware 1.50 update. Late last night, or early today, PS Vita users might have recieved a smaller update today.
Version 1.51 for the PS Vita is a small bug fix update which addresses freezing issues that are plaguing "some" games, like Dynasty Warriors Next.
Despite Tecmo Koei's previously released patch for the game, users have still been experiencing freezing. Sony did say that the issue was with the Vita's firmware, but didn't go into much specifics. This new update is for the PS Vita's firmware, and not the game.
