At this year’s E3, TOMY was on-hand to showcase some of their latest titles in the uber-popular Naruto franchise. Among the titles on display was NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3, the latest title in the NARUTO fighting franchise. Clash of Ninja III will be the first game in the 3D fighting series to present the latest revamp of NARUTO characters, and will offer over 30 characters from the universe.

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 introduces some cool new elements to the NARUTO fighting formula. Players will be able to fight through a variety of stages, each of which is double-tiered. The game also introduces a variety of defensive moves, including rising attacks, side-steps and several other moves to keep your attackers at bay. Additionally, you’ll take cover behind objects in the environment and use the Wii’s motion sensing abilities to perform special moves.

The game will also support tag-teams or one-on-one play, as well as a four player mode where up to four players can all duke it out at once. One big first for NARUTO fans is the addition of online play, which allows gamers to take each other on via WiFi.

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 will support all control types for the Wii, including the Wii remote, the remote/nunchuck combo, classic controller, and the GameCube controller.

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is shaping up to be a fine entry to NARUTO Shippuden franchise, offering robust handicapping options and many characters for fans to play as. Look for it to release this fall.
