D-BOX® and Activision® Announce
E3 Premier of Interactive Motion Simulation for PC Gaming

MONTRAL, QUBEC — May 9, 2003 —
D-BOX Technology, Inc. announced today that they will preview an expansion of
their patented, award-winning Odyssee(tm) Motion Simulator technologies into the
PC gaming arena, together with leading videogame software publisher Activision,
Inc., during the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, May 14-16,
2003. D-BOX founder and president Michel Jacques commented, "We’re pleased and
proud to partner with gaming industry leader Activision who will be showcasing a
prototype of a gaming-specific version of Odyssee in conjunction with the first
public exhibition of their exciting new Call of Duty(tm) first person action
franchise during E3." Shipping to the worldwide custom installation home theater
market since January of 2001, Odyssee motion simulation brings an entirely new
level of excitement and realism to the gaming environment with intense, dramatic
motion on three planes (Up/Down, Front/Back and Left/Right) at up to 2 Gs of
acceleration, in perfect synchronization with control maneuvers and game
sequences.

Activision’s Booth 1224, Los Angeles
Convention Center, during E3 will feature Call of Duty demonstration sequences
in a vintage World War II Jeep®, outfitted with high-resolution flat-panel
monitors in place of its windshield, with front seats interactively
motion-activated by Odyssee for what promises to be the ultimate multimedia
gaming experience.

The first title in the Call of Duty
series is a gritty, authentic World War II first person action game for the PC
that is being developed by Infinity Ward, a newly formed studio that includes 22
of the individuals who previously developed Medal of Honor: Allied Assault(tm).
In Call of Duty, players assume the role of different characters from multiple
sides of the Allied forces and experience the bonding and brutality of war as
they fight alongside their squad mates through a variety of missions, including
battlefield assaults, search and rescue, stealth, sabotage, vehicle chases and
tank battles.

"The Call of Duty brand will deliver
the most authentic, intense and realistic battlefield experience from the
perspective of multiple soldiers battling on the frontlines. Wars are won
through the collective efforts, teamwork and bonds of everyday citizen soldiers
from an alliance of nationalities who all heed their call of duty," states Dusty
Welch, vice president of global brand management, Activision, Inc. "Visitors to
E3 who experience Odyssee and Call of Duty will be blown away as they’re
completely immersed in the incredible realism of video, audio and motion
incorporated into this revolutionary combination of creativity and leading edge
technologies," added Rob Robinson, director of sales for D-BOX Technology, Inc.
