One week from today on Thursday, November 15th, Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE online service will celebrate five years of service to the gaming community, and to celebrate, they’re ditching the swank and swagger of a high-profile Hollywood affair, and bringing the celebration directly to their 7+ million subscribers, right in the comfort of their own home with several online events:
Game with Fame: Top Game Developers – This could be your chance to vent some frustration as you demolish some developers, pulverize some producers, and crush some coders. The creators of some of Xbox LIVE’s best will be on, and this is your chance to play against them.
Play and Win – Play any LIVE game on the 15th, and all day they’ll be giving out accessories, subscriptions, MS points, and more.
Frag Doll Friday – Girls kick butt when Ubisoft’s warrior women get their game on in Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon on November 16th.
Xbox All-Nighter – Turn back time with some Return to Castle Wolfenstein, as you get to frag fuhrer followers under the cover of night on Saturday until the break of dawn on Sunday.
Family Game Night – On Tuesday (the preceding or the following, they do not specify), find your fill of Force-focusing fun with LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
