Battlefield 3 Panoramic Images in Full 360-Degrees

Yesterday, German gaming site PC Games released a slew of beautiful, high-res panoramic images of Battlefield 3 maps.  The images consisted of Battlefield 3's 9 multiplayer maps like Damavand Peak, Operation Firestorm, and the popular Caspian Border.  They took more than 1,300 individual screenshots and stitched them together into giant images for our enjoyment.

Alone, the images are simply breathtaking as they give you a unique, panoramic perspective of the maps.  It really makes you appreciate the beauty and graphical advancements of Battlefield 3, despite not being nominated for Best Graphics in this year's VGA Awards.

We took it a step further by actually placing these panorama shots in an actual 360-degree tour, giving you the exact sites you would see if you were standing in that vantage point.

(The image sizes are fairly large so they may take some time to load.  I also didn't feel like dropping $800 to remove the advertisement in the viewer so feel free to just "x" out of it.)
