Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted
I've never been a "huge" fan of the Madagascar movies. Don't get me wrong, I like them. I think they have their funny moments, the adult-humor parts are funny, and the voice acting is excellent. It's just... I'm more of a PIXAR guy. And coming off of a sequel that I didn't think was as good as the first Madagascar, my hype level for Madagascar 3 is a little all over the place. The main issue I have is that damn "I like to move it, move it" song. That song needs to die in a fire. Ultimately, kids will laugh, sing that awful song, and parents will get a few chuckles.

Prometheus
If you aren't excited for this movie then I don't know what to say to you. They should've named Prometheus "Two Hour Orgasm of Sci-Fi Greatness." It is directed by the great Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner, Kingdom of Heaven) and has an amazing cast, including Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Idris Elba, and Guy Pearce. It takes place in the Alien universe, and is most likely a prequel to the first Alien movie; so if you're a fan of that series, you should definitely see this movie. It even has the space jockey! And a scene where there's something moving around inside a character's stomach! WHAAAATTTTT?!!!!! Point is, this movie looks amazing and will probably be one of the best sci-fi thrillers in quite some time.
