Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy is looking splendid if the first official gameplay trailer is any indication. Tangled Up In Blue is the name of the first episode in Telltale's latest series and it looks as though Thanos will be playing a huge role in the events to come. Guardians of the Galaxy's humor is on full display with a Mass Effect elevator ride reference tossed in for good measure.
After being rumored, Telltale officially revealed the release date of Episode 1 just a few short days ago. The game is said to be more in line with the comics than that of the films, but it probably doesn't hurt that Telltale is capitalizing on the timing of Vol. 2's theatrical release.
The first episode of Guardians of the Galaxy releases on April 18th, 2017 for PC, Xbox One, PS4, iOS, and Android.
