Top Minecraft 1.0.0 Mods
Last weekend fans celebrated the official launch of Minecraft 1.0.0 at MineCon. Despite the drama that ensued shortly after, the convention was a mostly a success. Mojang sawthe successful launch of their beloved game, which now boasts over 4 million players. Of course, some of the greatest things about Minecraft are the player mods, and with the new launch we have seen some really cool Minecraft 1.0 mods.

Too Many Items Mod
This mod allows you to create and delete items in-game, including mod items. You are able to create unlimited stacks and tools and load/save entire inventories. This is the perfect mod for those who enjoy building and creating but don't like to be constrained by limited resources.
This mod is for those who are bored of the actual game and want to spice up Minecraft to their liking. AdventureCraft mod is designed for Minecraft fans to create their own adventure map and share it with others. Customize mob spawn points, customize triggers, make npcs, and craft your own epic adventure. Since the release of Minecraft 1.0.0, the mod as added 8 new item types, 317 new blocks, 4 new mobs, and much more! This mod is the mapmaker dream for any Minecraft fan.
Dynamic Lights Mod
Minecraft is beautiful, in its own unique way. The Dynamic Lights Mod adds a few brilliant touches with Minecraft's lighting system. Exploring caves has never been easier thanks to the dynamic lighting mod. When holding a torch, glowstone, etc. it will light up the surrounding area. Similarly, if you throw the lit item it will still light up the area. Just don't attempt it in the water.
