The Game Factory Unveils Q4 2009 Release Schedule

The Game Factory announces the company’s product line-up for the remainder of 2009. New games spanning multiple genres and platforms will be released this fall and winter, including sequels for both Zenses and Build-A-Bear Workshop.

Zenses: Zen Garden for Nintendo DS, scheduled to release in September 2009, is the third title in a series of relaxing puzzle games targeting women who enjoy a little spa-like escape when they’re at home or on the go. Building on popular features of previous titles, Zenses Ocean and Zenses Rainforest, Zenses: Zen Garden combines the best in game-play from puzzle and brain-training genres with a clean, fresh and stylish design. The new game, featuring beautiful Zen garden-inspired aesthetics such as stones, sand and gravel, includes six puzzle games, two activity games and a relaxation area. A soothing, ambient soundtrack also compliments the game’s calm and relaxing atmosphere. Zenses: Zen Garden allows the player to transcend the stresses of everyday life, unplug and experience an “active escape.”

Build-A-Bear Workshop: Welcome to Hugsville for Nintendo DS is scheduled to release in October 2009. It’s the sequel to Build-A-Bear Workshop, last year’s best selling children’s entertainment title and recipient of a National Parenting Publication Awards Honors Award. In Build-A-Bear Workshop: Welcome to Hugsville, players create and take their furry friends into town. In this open-ended, happy and colorful world, they can sharpen their gardening skills, build and decorate their home, chat and play with the rest of the furbulous family in various mini-games and activities.

Build-A-Bear Workshop: Friendship Valley for Nintendo Wii is scheduled to release in October 2009. It’s the ultimate Build-A-Bear adventure/simulation game for the Nintendo Wii. In the game, furry friends need the player’s help to make their town the coolest place this side of Build-A-Bearville. By solving various quests and challenges, players progressively build and customize their own town, all while making furry friends along the way. Using the Wii’s unique characteristics, the adventure takes place in an open-ended 3D world. It’s berrific fun!
