The Last of Us’ first DLC ‘Abandoned Territories Map Pack’ brings new multiplayer maps

As promised, Naughty Dog has revealed the first downloadable content for The Last of Us — and it's new maps for the game's multiplayer portion of the game. The Abandoned Territories Map Pack brings four new maps to the game: Suburbs, Bus Depot, Hometown, and Bookstore. These will be available on October 15th as part of the Season Pass which can be purchased for $19.99 — and will save you over 75% than if you were to purchase each of the upcoming DLC separately.

Weather the opposing Faction and the random, dynamic dust storm on the Suburbs map. Explore a layered map of an overgrown urban environment with wild giraffes in the background in the Bus Depot map. Stalk around in a dark, eerie, moonlit, environment – the perfect setting for some serious stealth – in the Hometown map. Bookstore features a stacked, bi-level layout adding a highly unique dose of vertical gameplay. Excited yet?

Following the release of the Abandoned Territories Map Pack, Naughty Dog will release the game's first single-player DLC (around December-January), followed by another multiplayer focused DLC in the first half of 2014.
